Personally I think none of their kids will surpass them. The notion that "each generation is stronger than the last" is no longer applied..Currently at least. All of these kids will have their unique abilities from their mixtures. However, it's more like in the beginning of all of Naruto. The cycle ended with Sasuke and Naruto, but a different one began with their children. The future generations after this one that has Sarada and Boruto will be stronger.

That doesn't mean these kids won't be strong in their own right. We haven't even seen them train, let alone fight and grown as ninjas. Cool it with the bashing threads until we actually see more progression.

Now then tell me how she'll surpass Sasuke.

Sasuke never had Indra power, he had his chakra but that did nothing for him but give him potential; same with Naruto and Ashura. Take Sasuke was capable of getting beat by Kage level ninjas such as Bee, A, Gaara, Oonoki, Itachi, Kisame, Obito, SM Naruto, Kakuza, Nagato, Orochimaru, Kabumaru. Sasuke and Naruto didn't get power until Hagoromo gave them his Yin (Sasuke) and Yang (Naruto) which gave them Rinnegan and RM.

Also it should be mentioned that since Sasuke and Naruto have Hagoromo's Yin and Yang chakra in them, their children can inherit the same power or a water down version of it just like Ashura and Indra inherited half of Hagoromo power each. Salada's MS could be on the level of EMS as Obito's eyes were with Rikudo chakra. Also Sasuke could leave Salada his eyes when he retires then use another set of Sharingans (Obito's collection or Salada's) while leaving his mission for peace with her. He would had trained her before that so her skills would be top notch plus Sakura training her would give her chakra enhanced strength, high chakra control, Yin seal (if she can learn it), and the ability and knowledge to heal and use poisons.

It's unlikely that she will surpass him in power or certain skills but she still always have healing skills over him if she learns from Sakura and physical strength as well.

Indra is only half Ootsutsuki, his children are only half Indra but that doesn't stop Madara and Sasuke from existing. And Indra's chakra is no longer there, it evolved into Hagoromo's chakra with more Yin so Sarada can easily have the potential to reach MS/EMS level even though she won't surpass him.
