Hmm, if Tsunade and Oro can cover Jirayia while he enters sage mode and summons Fukasaku and his wife (forgot the name) I think the Sannin have a chance. However, Itachi was able to beat Orochimaru fairly easily before, I think he'd be able to do it again, and Kisame, fused with Samehada, could probably beat Tsunade. When fused with Same he should be able to heal any damage done by Tsunade, (like vs Killer Bee) and since Tsunades style revolves mostly about punching, which will be a bad thing to do because of the chakra draining, I think Kisame could handle her also.
IMO the only way the Sannin can win is if Jirayia can enter SM, and even then they still might lose, or if the Sannin summons will be a problem for I&K
