Itachi defeats Oro in 2 seconds. Kisame fused with Samehada takes Jiraiya high dif. Tsunade is fodder compared to the Akatsuki duo, so she's not a problem at all.

Sannins mid diff. Jiraiya and Oro vs Itachi and Kisame is already debatable but if you include Tsunade then they have this in the bag.

Hmm, if Tsunade and Oro can cover Jirayia while he enters sage mode and summons Fukasaku and his wife (forgot the name) I think the Sannin have a chance. However, Itachi was able to beat Orochimaru fairly easily before, I think he'd be able to do it again, and Kisame, fused with Samehada, could probably beat Tsunade. When fused with Same he should be able to heal any damage done by Tsunade, (like vs Killer Bee) and since Tsunades style revolves mostly about punching, which will be a bad thing to do because of the chakra draining, I think Kisame could handle her also.
IMO the only way the Sannin can win is if Jirayia can enter SM, and even then they still might lose, or if the Sannin summons will be a problem for I&K

Hard to say kisame could drain their chakra, an enemy that could do that is hard to beat. What if j man goes sage mode and kisame drains his chakra does he turn to stone? Any ways I have to go with Sanni on this one
