I actually think the 3 sannin will win. Taka consist of 4 members, but only 3 are offensive and they are approx. only around "above average" jounin level.
1: Karen is only a supportive character in the team, and she can become easily targeted by the 3 sannin and thus, the other 3 member of Taka would have to protect her which interferes with Taka's tactics (Unless sasukes don't care about her anymore and let her die!)
2: Summoning: All 3 sannin are capable of summoning S-class creatures to aid them in battle, So you can Sannin actually have 6 members in their team. One or two of the summons are probably enough to keep 2 of Taka's member busy (Suigestu and Jugo) and the rest of the sannin can focus on sasuke. And remember orachimaru can summon multiple large snakes and tsunades slug can divide into a thousand smaller ones, which can distract taka even more.
3: Jiraya: Jiraya can easily take out all Taka execpt for sasuke maybe. In Sage mode, his agility and strength can match those of gai and tsunades and the two frog sage on his shoulder can use powerful genjutsu which eliminated 2 of pein's body. So he can easily defeat Jugo and Suigestsu. Remember also that Itachi fears Jiraya, as during their encounter in the hotel, Itachi fled from Jiraya. And since sasuke can't defeat Itachi, Jiraya have a possible chance of defeating sasuke. Also remember that we might not have seen alot of Jiraya techniques which he might have not used.
4: Tsunade: Easily defeat Jugo in strength and a immortal goddess on the battlefield (Reincarnation Jutsu). One hit to either Karen, Jugo or Sasuke, they will become slime but not to Suigestsu as physical attack won't work on him. But we have only seen her using physical attacks, but she might be able to also use ninjutsu (possibly water or earth) just like Gai, who prefers taijutsu but also is able to use ninjutsu. So Suigetsu is down!
5: Orachimaru: Probably the strongest of all the Sannin, he was able to take on Jiraya and Tsunade without any ninjutsu. So probably at full strength and healthy, he can take down Jugo and Suigetsu easily i think as they were his test subjects.
6: Amaterasu: Probably the only thing the Sannin should fear is the Amaterasu of sasukes Mangekyo sharingan. But i believe each have their own way of countering it.
Orachimaru- Amaterasu probably have no affect on him, even when it can burn through anything. He can easily cast of his snake skin unlimited amount of time, this also applys to his snake summons, so they are immune to amaterasu aswell.
Jiraya - Also a proficient user of fire nature chakra, he can counter amaterasu to some extend in a "grand fireball" style duel. Jiraya also have frog summons, who are masters of water jutsus. Who knows, probably one of the frog sage have powerful water jutsu to extinguish amaterasu.
Tsunade - I don't know if this is possible, but she might be able to cast of her skin and regenerate them if amaterasu hits her. She is probably the only one that might have difficulty against sasuke.
