Lol, hell no. BM Minato would shit on MS Obito, and the rest of the weaker members while Hashirama would shit on Nagato and Itachi, Kisame as well.
Lol @ MS Obito and Nagato beating Hashirama, and an even louder lol at the remainder of the Akatsuki shitting on BM Minato, Tobirama and Hiruzen. BM Minato would solo them without Nagato and MS Obito.
Edo Hokage stomp the Akatsuki. Low diff. So the Sannin win since ET isn't restricted.

Oh yeah, forgot that SS probably isn't an option. Even without Shinsuusenju Nagato still gets wrecked.

Why would Juubito be apart of an Akatsuki vs match? Akatsuki should be taken from the time Akatsuki was actually a group. So that would be MS Obito.
And yes, he will get the chance to use ET. It takes a clap of the hand.

Nagato rips his soul out in an instant (And it takes more then a clap of the hand.) Akatsuki and Sannin are non restricted, and Juubito was still connected to the Akatsuki, so he can be used. As long as he's not restricted.

Nagato has to touch him first to be able to rip out his soul, and no. Once you've performed the ritual, you can summon the Edo Zombies at any time with a clap of the hand. Kabuto did it. Orochimaru did it vs Hiruzen.
Pretty sure OP didn't intend for Juubito to be apart of this match, so why should Juubito be in this match?
Considering Oro won't have to limit his edos. The Sannin take this, high-diff.
Tsunade pumping Hashirama's already colossal ninjutsu? Minato and Tobirama constantly teleporting and blitzing others around? Orochimaru filling the battlefield with giant snakes and locking up targets for Hiruzen to pole slap or spit a giant elemental burst at? Jiraiya doing his thang?
