Sannin can beat any Akatsuki pair

Akatsuke pair itself, or Akatsuki members that have been paired up in the manga, cause i dont think anyone could take Itachi and Nagato as seen in the War arc.

I think is funny how people underrate the Sannin. In reality the Sannin could take any Akatsuki team. Jiraya could have solo'ed Pain if pain would have fought with all six paths from the beginning, Pain said it himself. Everyone thinks Itachi can beat Oro with that crappy incident where Oro got paealized. If you think that is Oro had, you are crazy. Kakashi almost pooped himself just by Oro standing in front of him, but was ok fighting against Itachi. I could write more, but writing on my IPhone sucks.

most of akatsuki members don't have summons
this is a key factor for sannin also don't forget jiraiya in sage mode is so strong
and Oro has edo tensei and he is immortal

i agree tsunade is the weakest so far ( her punches are not )

but of tobi and pain team up together

it will be a hard match for both of them ( sannin + akatsuki 2 pair team )

i noticed here people underrate Oro so much
most of Uchia fanboys think itachi will defeat Oro in a few seconds

if Orochimaru has a kill intention this is a different story
if there is a fight between oro and itachi we can judge
all i say Oro was trying to take itachi body ( without harm or wounds ) and failed

that doesn't mean he was in a match or was fighting itachi

And yeh im guessing they would be able to except from ,

Tobi / Deidara - (Haxed partnership).
Itachi / Kisame - IMO best pairing in the Series. Know how to fight as a two man teams and both experienced.
Pain / Konan - Because he's pain, although jiraiya alone put up a decent fight so im guessing all 3 would kinda Make it very hard difficulty.

... Kay. Simple math.. J-man vs Pein/ Konan.. beats three of them WITHOUT knowing secret.. even if Oro and Tsunade aren't as BA as Jiraiya, they only have to deal with 3 between the two of them.. And Konan without her time to set up and plan isnt useless, but cant (as much as we saw) do much against them without her time to set up a bazillion paper bombs..
As for the rest of the Akatsuki.. sure, Itachi/Kisame would trouble them.. But Itachi is scared shitless of J-man...
Lol, and Sasori solo'ing two of them? He got beat by an old woman and Sakura.. Don't think he could take on two SANNIN alone.

i acknowledge the strength of the sannin but these are some pairs i feel they can't defeat
tobi + nagato
nagato + itachi
itachi + tobi
they can defeat every other pair

Are you people kidding me? Okay, Orochimaru and Tsunade are indeed weaker than Jiraiya, who fought all of Pien/Pein's six paths and dispatched 3 alone in old age. Kisame and Itachi backed down from a fight between Jiraiya. So Itachi and Kisame are out of the question. Jiraiya could solo most of the pairs. With the help of Orochimaru/Tsunade, Pein/Pien and Konan would be a considerably challenging fight but would lose in the end. They aren't sannin for any reason. They earned it and a bunch of missing ninja arent going to defeat them because of a name! Sakura and Chiyo, fairly weak characters took out sasori. C'mon? You guys give Akatsuki too much Credit. Itachi is indeed a very skilled ninja and would dominate many opponents, but he could not take Jiraiya. Most of the Akatsuki were defeated by ninja who aren't too significantly powerful. I forgot something else i was going to say... Oh well. Anywho. "Tobi" and Pein are the only true threats. Maybe Itachi in good health. Oh, Kisame was defeated by Gai, who is a Jounin of the Hidden Leaf. Many ninja are more powerful than Gai.

Orouchimaru is stronger than Jiraiya imo.

I'm thinking about the combination of Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru..

That would mean they could use Gamabunta, Katsuyu and Manda as they would be huge assets contributing to the fight... Jiraiya's Sage Mode, Orochimaru's Kusanagi & Edo Tensei, and Tsunade's Mitotic Regeneration could prove to be great trouble for any member of the Akatsuki individually, or perhaps even in pairs for some..

I only think Pain would be the most dangerous one on the Akatsuki side especially w his Animal Summons to even up with the Sannin's summons, plus the Naraka Path can be a pain.. I'm not sure about old Tobi w/out the Rinnegan.. He seems to be formidable, and untouchable since Minato's rasengan. Itachi, Deidara & Konan r up there too.

The Sannin r aggressive, Jiraiya with his guts, Tsunade w her temper and Orochimaru, idk, his desire to toy around.. They would destroy the likes of Hidan, Zetsu & maybe Sasori, Kakuzu and Kisame would be harder. I just think with the right Akatsuki pairs using strategy, the Sannin could lose after a tough battle.
