I don't see how either is winning. I would say Sanji would better Smoker based on Whim since he has better fire power than Smoker but then again Sanji got low diffed and rekt by Doffy within Seconds and Smoker lasted a few minutes....

I'd say Sanji would manage to beat Smoker. His haki would prevent Smoker from successfully evading by turning into smoke. Also Sanji isn't as vulnerable to Smoker as devil fruit users (because of Smoker's weapon), which kinda made Smoker seem more dangerous.

Based on the fact Post TS Sanji is somewhere around Vergo lvl, can easily evade Smoker's punch using observation haki and can hit him wit armament haki

Smoker high-extreme difficulty. Sanji lacks the haki feats to be able to deal with Smoker's constant maneuverability. Smoker has the better haki feats as well. Having an extra logia defense gives him the advantage here, since he's not dealing with a better haki user.
Smoker had a bit better showing against Vergo too. Vergo was using his armament hardening and bamboo stick against him, while he was just kicking and using tekkai against Sanji.

Smoker definitely performed better against Vergo than Sanji, but he lacks the power to stand up to such an opponent which is where Sanji has the edge over Smoker. But I am not sure if his fire can harm Smoker, if it does, then I'll favor Sanji. Otherwise, I'd favor Smoker due to better display of armament.

LMAO Sanji the one who got his leg cracked by a Vergo who did not even use armament hardening, or even his bamboo stick. Sanji got his leg (his strongest weapon in battle) cracked to a Vergo who was fighting with base kicks only. It couldn't be more obvious who fared better.
Vergo did not even take Sanji seriously one bit. Against Smoker he brought out his haki imbued bamboo stick from the very beginning of the fight. Take that in Vergo overpowered Sanji in his own area of expertise, kicking. He out muscled Sanji in a kicking contest while Sanji was resorting to DJ and Vergo didn't even use armament.

DJ is Sanji's new base as is Luffy's G2/G3. They will use it for every attack so down use that to downplay Sanji.
Vergo couldn't hit a weakened Sanji wtih a fractured leg. Sanji still parried all of Vergo's kick and sent him flying into a wall. It wasn't until Sanji decided to block Vergo's kick instead dodging like before that thing went south & Vergo still couldn't land a single blow. Sanji didn't use haki or Hell Memories so the results wiould be the same minus the fracture.
Smoker, who specializes in mobility like Sanji, matched Vergo blow for blow but Vergo its tougher & hits harder which eventually gave him the win. Sanji's performance was beter than Smoker's.
Lmfao please save me from this absolute garbage post, you're comparing a Vergo who was only kicking and using no armament haki to a Vergo who was using his strongest fighting style with haki.

Nobody here is talking about speed, both Smoker and Sanji are faster than Vergo in CQC, and both got overpowered by him. The only difference is Smoker got overpowered by a Vergo fighting serious with armament hardened bamboo stick, Sanji got overpowered by a Vergo that was throwing kicks only with no hardening.
To say Sanji performed better is downright retarded, nothing short of it.

It's relevant though. That Vergo was fighting a Sanji who was already severely injured and wasn't using Diable Jambe. Sanji using Diable Jambe is on the same level as Luffy using partial Gear 2 and invisible Haki, which is partially lower than Luffy's mid-tier. You're holding relevance to Vergo not going all out, but completely ignoring that Sanji was incapable of going all out.
How is "Does it look like I care about this relevant and important fact" an argument against it? You can not care cuz of whatever BS reason you want, doesn't make it less relevant that Sanji wasn't using what's now a basic tactic.
If Luffy got beat the **** up by someone like Gladius or Baby 5 because he wasn't using Haki or his Gears and was injured, and someone said that makes Luffy weak, anyone here could beat their ass that you'd bring it up that he was holding back shit.
Sanji's body was already injured, so this is irrelevant.
The fact that Sanji was already injured and holding back his best abilities and still clashed toe to toe with Vergo says yeah, he did perform better. Smoker went all out, and got beat the **** down by Vergo partially trying. Sanji was incapable of going all out, and matched Vergo's blows when he was partially trying. It's relatively better.
