Advent of thunder is slow as all heck... Enel said there would be 5 survivors and he made sure of that.. He was going for the kills. Like When he attack Conis's dad with "Gods Judgement"

No, by survivors he meant alive and kicking people. He has the best CoO in the series and can detect life force within people. If he meant to kill them he would SENSE they were still alive and kill. Besides, he was still using lightweight attacks on everybody, he didn't use anything special like he did against Luffy.

Enel is the god who punishes people by beating the hell out of them, not killing them

Somebody with the greatest CoO and lightning speed wouldn't be caught by Sanji, plus he could already fly.

He would get beaten by all VA's, and every other new world pirate too.

If Enel re-appears in the NW with new skills, it will be another story.

Enel got his ass kicked by regular Luffy and Wiper, you don't need super speed to dodge them with so called greatest CoO.

Also that greatest CoO is also pretty dated, this isn't skypeia anymore.

Sanji stomps, his physcial strength far exceeds anything enel has ever shown, enels physical power is on par with pre-skip pre gears luffy considering theyre 2 years training made them at least ten times stronger then theyre old selves, Enel's power arent even lethal at all he cant kill even a fodder like conis father, he got nothing on sanji, for example Vergo would tank anything Enel would throw at him 1 haki imbuded punch would break his ribs, the same case with sanji he wouldnt need to tank he would jut dodge and do some haki imbuded kicks and rofl stomp Enel.

Enel would get thrashed..one diable jambe mixed imbued with haki would bring him to his knees. His endurance is terrible, and I'm assuming you don't mean post-TS Enel, because that's completely in the air as to what he can do now. Dude has a god complex, I find it hard to believe he trained much, especially since he realizes the guy who beat him was made of the one thing that his power can't effect. Sanji at this point is ahead of Luffy when they fought.
I swear Enel is overrated. His df is OP no doubt, but it depends on the user, and this guy isn't exactly a top notch fighter on his own.

Enel isn't as fast as some people like to claim here.

In terms of speed:

Sanji Geppou and soru <= Gear 2 luffy > Base Luffy > Enel

All VA's have rokushiki and haki, they all can kick his ass now.

I honestly feel like Enel was nerfed against Luffy, his observation Haki mixed with his DF should be a lot more OP than we've seen, his speed should be on another level, however that's simply not the case. From what we've seen, Sanji can win this low-mid diff. But I've always felt like Enel was to be shown again at a later time where he wasn't nerfed, he would be able to win mid diff

But as far as feats go, I give it to Sanji.
