The title of the latest chapter is referring to Sanji. Official translation of Capone's words was that he was shocked at Sanji's acting skills even though he isn't acting. Being vulnerable to women is the core of Sanji's character which is why its ridiculous that people are trolling him because of it. Its like saying Luffy is dumb, Usopp is a coward & Nami is greedy so they deserve hate.

Sanji could dodge point blank gunshots while off guard in Jaya.

Where were these threads when Sanji was on Zou and out of the picture for a year. Did people make threads like omg Zoro is so pathetic, he has been chasing a fairy for 3 chapters now. How is that not as bad as a gimmick as delaying the plot with a nosebleed. He has been stuck in a cage on Fishman Island, he has been coasting on Brownbeard's back on Punk Hazard. His productivity during arcs isn't really that high yet you see no one making threads about it because they don't care about it because it is typical One Piece humor. And so is the nosebleed, and the skull joke, and the super, and the cat burglary, and the scary thoughts, and the shyness, and the fear. Oh look at that every character has a gimmick. They all suck now.

Out of those 100 characters, you're probably gonna have what, 50 more, that are within the realm of relevant fighters above the relative weak. How many of those people out of those 150 could fail to replicate Zoro's feats against Monet, Pica, and fodder? The answer is, very much only a few. That's why it's not impressive.

There is no evidence to be presented to decide what is impressive and what is not; That's where the problem arises.
