I mean whats up with the sanin title it makes it sound as if they are so powerful.IMO they are all weak, imagine oroch was trolled and defeated by a sixteen year old sasuke who was only 3 tomoe, jiraiya(the most painful)was defeated by pain who was later defeated by naruto and the worst tsunade who can be defeated by any strong ninja. To me I don't see the essence of giving them that name. There are so many people that deserve that name instead of them(itachi,pain,Tobi,naruto,sasuke,madara,hashi,A,etc.) . Want your opinion .

They only got the title because they survived against Hanzo, no one else can be given that title now. And technically Nagato didn't lose against Naruto. He lost against talk-no-jutsu and plot-no-jutsu xd And I think they are strong. Orochimaru, sure he was beaten by Sasuke but Sasuke was researching how to defeat him. Jiraiya, he was awesome. He definitely deserved his title. Tsunade, eh, not a huge fan of her but she is strong, and her immortality isn't bad either.

Of course they deserve the title. Orochimaru, he held his own against Naruto when he was in his 4 tails, that's pretty impressive if you ask me. Jiraya of course also deserved it, he was a toad sage , remarkable jutsu, respectable character imo. Tsunade, she has incredible strength and her medical skills were meritorious. It doesn't hurt to have a medic on the team. They were some of the most feared people during that war.

According to the Databook Tsunade's taijutsu is a tier better than his, also according to the databook his speed is only slightly better than hers where she has a 3.5 he has a 4. His stamina is less than hers. We know that she can do the same things as Kabuto

she would have no way to make a comparison between herself and kabuto if their styles of fighting were completely different. Kakuzu would have no defense against body pathway derangement.
Yes flesh is more yielding which is what allows it to take more force than hard objects but Earth Spear makes his body hard, which makes it easier to break.

Actually he's only a smidge faster than her. His lightning attack was slow enough for kakashi to come from off panel not only to intercept but double raikiri. Tell me again why she can't tank his B rank fire technique? Which means perhaps his flame release coupled with wind is the only threat. But fatigued Kakashi (used 4 raikiris already) dodged it when it was coupled with the wind tech.
We can't really say whether its a raiton, but we know she can turn her chakra in to electricity and that's all that's need for her punches or she could just touch him with that technique and he can't move and she can kill him.

• A punch to the head renders him dead and the hearts moot
• Logically if she can turn her chakra into electricity and send it through her fingers and into someone when she touches them, then nothing stops her from sending the electricity to her fingers as she punches. It may or may not be considered raiton but logically she could do it.

  If kakuzu has 5 hearts and four of them are behind those masks, then that would mean his own natural heart would be in the center. So yes, if she punched in the head, he would still lose his head and die. A punch to the face from her unless you're your body has extreme elasticity (Orochimaru) is decapitation, and if your body is more malleable you still don't have the stamina to still fight after one punch to the face as Oro demonstated, this being the same guy that on his deathbed went against 4-tails Naruto and didn't simply quit from being hit like he did against Tsunade.
• Electricity would give her the elemental boost to break through the Earth, though she really doesn't need it anyway.
• Actually her natural strength is legendary. The way her strength technique works is through building up chakra in a particular body member then releasing the chakra at the exact moment her body member makes contact with its target. It's like a mini-chakra explosion in her fists. However, that technique would not work when lifting and maneuvering something

Deidara would be a problem assuming they allowed him to get that far. If Oro can stall for J-man, Frog Song takes him out. Tsunade takes out Sasori. And Deidara never starts with C4 or C0. Too much ego. In addition, he would hesitate to try and use those as it would mean killing his partner.

Yes he has poison but she has antidote and Byakougou would regen her liver and stop her from facing the ill-effects of the poison. Tsunade is smarter than Sakura there is no reason she couldn't defeat the Third kazekage puppet in the same way Sakura did. IIRC I don't remember Sasori's heart moving on its own. In some sort of wierd luck after being caught by the seal the heart was launched into another body. He heart has no way of moving itself so unless he gets lucky again.

Let's see Katsuyu tanked chibaku tensei when she was on Naruto and she tanked tanked Shinra tensei while protecting people. So she could probably shield the sannin during CT. Tsunade can tank Shinra tensei fp without medical jutsu and presumably without using chakra. She also developed a counter to weaker Shinra Tensei's

she can also use that jutsu to counter bansho ten'in. If she allows herself to be caught by bansho tenin when she gets to the body that's attracted her, as she flies toward him cocks back a punch and delivers it as soon as she's in range eliminating Deva path. Bansho Ten-in is a bad move against her. Oro would counter with skin shedding after was wounded and sword of kusunagi.

After Deva path wears himself out with his hax jutsus the real battle begins. Jiraiya could have taken his time inside of CT to prepare Sagemode while Safely inside of Katsuyu. At which point he could attack the core with his strongest jutsu or safely wait for the chakra Deva is using to keep up the technique to give out. Like wise Tsunade can smash her way to surface and wait inside Katsuyu for the technique to end. Orochimaru can use his soft physique technique to get to the surfact then wait for the technique to end. But Deva only uses CT and ST-FP when he's not using the other paths so if those jutsus aren't working there's nothing he can do about it. For Preta path Tsunade's natural strength is great enough to lift Gamabunta's sword so she could destroy Preta with taijutsu. Naraka path would lose to her also as would try to grab her by the throat. And we know what happens when you grab Tsunade. So she takes out those two paths. Oro could take out Asura techniques like soft body, gathering of snakes, and skin shedding would invalidate Asura's attacks.Human path would have a hard time touching Oro as he can mend with his surroundings. Whereas Oro can take him out. Human doesn't have any spectacular feats really. Jiraiya screws Konan with his oil again then lights her ablaze and she's defeated (Don't go on about that jutsu she used on Tobi, iirc she had set up time and there is Jiraiya and Gamabunta's oil to consider, oil screws it all). Frog Song could defeat the remaining paths. Toad Oil Flame Bullet could present problems as could Goemon.

I dun think so... sasori/deidara were too awesome and hidans sorta immortal...so yeah

Tsunade could defeat the Earth heart (though if she punches him more than one heart will go missing) or one shot his head then have jiraiya finish him off. In fact now that I think about it Tsunade solos this team. Katsuyu could solo Hidan. I've explained how Tsunade beats Kakuzu. But to make it more fair for Hidan in addition to Katsuyu, Oro slices and dices him with kusunagi as he melts or is trampled by katsuyu. Jiraiya is conducting research. Hidan may not be dead but he can't attack.

They cant beat tobi or pain... tobi can solo the sannin

The problem with Izangi is that it lasts for only one minute which means and every path can only use it once. And if you take out the main caster the paths will follow.
But I say Jiraiya takes out a bijuu with his unnamed Barrier when it tries to attack. He can seal a bijuu away in Barrier Toad Gourd Prison. Tsunade can probably throw (punch) one into a Toad Shop. Which leaves 3 bijuus and Tobi
Are you guys ready for the kicker? Oro summons the First Hokage who uses him mokuton to tame the tailed beasts and revert them back to their human forms. (assuming they ever managed to transform). The each recieve a 5 elements seal from each of the Sannin (Jiraiya said they all can do it) at which point they can no longer go bijuu mode though edo-hashirama is there just in case they do. From this point Sage Art:Goemon takes out one while Hashirama and Tobirama do battle with another, Tsunade is fighting one and oro is distracting Tobi. (let's face it you can't afford to take your eyes off of any of the Sannin in combat nor can you take your eyes of the any of the hokages) If Tsunade lands a heavenly kick of Pein it is all over for that path, samething goes for Body Pathway derangement, her chakra scapels, an army of mini katsuya's acid. By the way Byakougou is active.
I don't doubt that Orochimaru will wounded after his stalling encounter with Tobi but with Skin Shedding and Snake Gathering he'll recover from his wounds. Tobi will most likely have used Izanagi by now. Since Jiraiya is now free it would be best for him to restrain any remain jinchuriiki's with Wild Lion's Mane and Tsunade destroys them with her monster strength. Which leaves a fatigued Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Oro the respective summons and edo-hashirama and edo-tobirama against still fairly healthy One eyed Tobi. If Jiraiya uses Sage Art: Kebari Senbon continually Tobi will have to phase using out that tech. From there Oro may use Formation of ten thousand snakes to bind and poison him, or Tsunade may use her Body Pathway Derangement, or Jiraiya may use Toad Flatness Shadow Manipulating technique to hold Tobi still. Which ever sannin immobilizes him , the remaining two finish him off. That my friends is the power of the Sannin.

YES, I'm aware there are things possibilities I didn't mention on both sides of the argument but I feel they even themselves out. A large problem with this theory is we are unsure of what Tobi is capable of just yet and I'd be more than happy to revisit this scenario when we know more about his abilities.
Tobi or the Sannin could take this depending on variable but because of their experience as a team as compared to Tobi recent acquisition of the paths and the rinnegan I will say that Sannins take this Extremely High Difficulty. Though Gedo Mazo may completely screw them over but we don't know enough about it to know it's weaknesses yet and we know every technique has one. Therefore I didn't include because I can't reason on it.

Itachi and Kisame will do some trouble....:shrug:

I agree they are the most troublesome pair the Sannin need near perfect teamwork on this but pull a win.

Here's the problem. We haven't seen Tsunade's limit on strength yet so let's not say what her strength can't do.
Secondly, Full Susanoo does not protect from underground and there is an Earth User on this team capable of making a Swamp of the Underworld capable of sinking Manda when his chakra was only at 30 percent. And capable of doing a fire tech that dwarfed Katsuya, Gamabunta, and Manda.
Tsunade and Orochimaru can stall for Jiraiya to prepare Sage Mode. In the meantime he has many other frog summons to fight and help stall while he prepares SM.
Susanoo has 4 weaknesses we know of. The ground, brute strength, extreme heat, and acid. The Sannin have every one of those. The Ground and Heat goes to Jiraiya (Earth release, and he has fire techs such as Toad Oil Flame Bullet and Goemon). Tsunade has the brute strength and the acid via katsuya.
Obviously, the next argument to come up is Genjutsu. But consider this Jiraiya has at least 4 summons he has used in battle and another one he was going to use against kisame, there is katsuyu, Manda, Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade. That is 10 beings that must be caught in genjutsu at once. If the bros don't watch the sannin they'd break out themselves, but if they keep an eye on the sannin the summons can insert chakra into those affected by genjutsu or physically hurt them to get out of genjutsu. In fact if a mini katsuyu is on everyone's back like a leech she'd only have to insert chakra or do a mini acid. If they go for the controlling the summons then the sannin will just release them from the genjutsu. If everyone on team Sannin, summons included had a Katsuyu on their back while the rest of Katsuyu did battle, if katsuyu got caught anyone can save her and if anyone else got katsuyu could save them.
After genjutsu their is the threat of Amaterasu. That's always the next line of defense. Say they do hit a sannin with it. Orochimaru sheds his skin. Hitting Tsunade with it is a bad idea because the next time she goes to attack them, they'd be screwed trying to put out the black flames she just put on them. If you think well Susanoo will protect them, the flames that were on Sasuke's susanoo were not attacking it but as Mei's lava showed, Susanoo melts and if the black flames are attacking and the flames are hotter than Mei's lava Susanoo will melt and the bros will still be screwed. Amaterasu suppression seems like it takes a lot out of you based on Sasuke's response when he fought Bee. You may argue she'd be in too much Pain to fight back. But I don't think so. She was completely impaled and continued to fight, 3 yasaka magatamas at point blank range didn't stop her, nor did hemophobia in conjunction with the sword of kusanagi's three wounds and Kabuto cutting her abdomen, respiratory, and bicep muscles. Which leaves Jiraiya its a well known fact that Jiraiya has fire seals. We also know that a regular katon can fight Amaterasu because Sasuke did it. This is speculation and isn't really included in my argument but jiraiya took those flames for research he may have found there weakness as Itachi says every jutsu has a weakness and he is amaterasu user. So spamming Amaterasu would be a lost cause here. End of the speculation disclaimer. In addition Sage Mode allows you to sense and Jiraiya would sense speedy attacks and thanks to his reflex boost from SM be able to dodge in all likelihood. Which brings us to Susanoo arrows. Orochimaru has his Rashoumon Gates, Body Shedding, Gathering of Snakes, and Slithering Snake. Jiraiya has his sensing and his reflexes and Tsunade has her Byakougou. Oro has info on Itachi, and sasuke's abilities are really only that of Itachi's sense they are the same eyes.
Let's not forget Jiraiya's unnamed Barrier that IIRC took out the human path. Should someone mistakenly enter it, they die. The bros can't just safely sit in Susanoo and win. If they come to use taijutsu against Jiraiya and don't know about the barrier, one of them dies. 1 vs the 3 will lose.

Your assuming Katsuyu's acid can do nothing to Susanoo but you have nothing to support your claim. We've seen that Susanoo is weak to acid. We've never seen it withstand acid. Katsuyu's acid melts through solid rock. Mei's lava melted the Susanoo skeleton. Goemon would have no trouble doing the same. With 7 summons present he'd need to get all of them in genjutsu at once and stop the sannin from awakening them. And as I've stated Katsuyu is the counter to Genjutsu with such large numbers. Orochimaru prime and Tsunade and 5 summons are more than enough to stall for the preparation of Jiraiya's sage Mode. You don't actually have any proof to support your conclusion except (Uh Itachi beat Orochimaru, and Sasuke beat an Orochimaru on his deathbed.) Those arguments fail as Oro didn't have intent to harm at all. He only wanted to take over the body against Itachi. Oro was half dead when he fought sasuke. Tsunade provides rather good counters to the sharingan. But I've already explained why they will not lose.

So I assume every one is standing perfectly still so the bros can pull this of right(genjutsu spam and amaterasu spam). Because the summons will be looking the uchihas in the eye and while casting genjutsu they will simultaneously spamming amaterasu and shooting arrows. Susanoo arrow against Tsunade is pointless and Katsuya can just let the part of her that is on fire separate from the rest of her. But with it becoming a 10 on two fight I really don't see this techs just being spammed. With ten on one opponents can overwhelm When have we ever seen a full susanoo dodge a large attack. Show me one page. Susanoo may be tougher than a rib cage but when Susanoo is melting it is also weaker. Jiraiya can melt it and so can Katsuyu. And Tsunade is stronger than raikage and if raikage with oonoki's help can do this much damage to a melting susanoo one step away from being complete

(even with Oonoki's help he didn't crack a healthy (not melting) susanoo rib cage) (it took his strongest tech against Sasuke (full body slam aka raiger bomb)to break a rib on the rib cage where as a punch from Tsunade cracked several ribs and a single punch snapped the sword) then there is no logical reason Tsunade can't do the same to a melting full Susanoo or why several strikes won't break through Susanoo. She doesn't have to finish Susanoo with one punch.

I'll save you the trouble of looking up Healing Chakra Transmission

A combination technique between Tsunade and her slug summon Katsuyu. First, Katsuyu divides her body into many smaller clones, and then attaches herself to several persons. Tsunade then channels her medical chakra through Katsuyu, who transfers it to the wounded person, healing them. This technique allows Tsunade to heal an enormous number of people at the same time regardless of distance. If she runs out of normal chakra, she can use her special reserves to continue the technique. While using this technique, Tsunade is apparently also able to communicate directly with Katsuyu as well as have a sense of what Katsuyu experiences as seen with her reaction after Katsuyu finds Kakashi on the battlefield.

So it was Tsunade's chakra.

I think what confused you was Danzo's mention of Katsuyu's techniques later in the chapter but he was referring to her Great Division and Tsunade being able to channel chakra through Katsuyu as that isn't typical of most summons

Your going to make eye contact because why? Making eye contact doesn't help you at all. When I was learning martial arts we were taught to look at the body as it better shows what attack is next. Even with ninja, looking into eyes are pointless. Most jutsus come from hands and the jutsus that are optical can't be seen. So no looking someone in the eye makes no logical sense.

There's no rational reason why either Jiraiya or Tsunade would look them in the eye and I'm certain non sharingan genjutsus can be broken out of by Tsunade and by SM Jiraiya you completely ignored the katsuyu argument used before in response to genjutsu.

And if Orochimaru hasn't learned his lesson about looking an Uchiha in the eye by now he does not deserve his 5 in intelligence.

If Tsunade loses it won't be a great loss. She is a very good counter to Uchihas in general. The Same way Hashirama was a good counter to Madara and his Mokuton a good counter to Kurama.
Allow me to lay out my case.

• Amaterasu covered Susanoo- Tsunade can rip off or Medically Cut off her arm or leg or whatever. And guessing by how she regrew all those organs she lost when her entire stomach was impaled she can probably regrow them. Furthermore when know she has an incredible mental fortitude that allows her to work through pain as shown by her defending Naruto and launching an attack after being Stabbed by the sword of kusanagi and sliced by it.
• Tsukuyomi- Firstly I believe she has the mental fortitude to withstand Tsukuyomi considering she overcame her paralyzing hemophobia with sheer will power.Further more we all know that Tsukuyomi is genjutsu. Of all characters living she has the best chakra control. We know her chakra control is great because she says healing requires a lot of chakra. Yet she healed an entire village.

  Judging by how easily it was cured. I say she has a pretty good knowledge about how Tsukuyomi works and how exactly it affects the brain. In addition we know she lived to meet her Grandfather and GrandUncle. Her Grandfather fought against Madara several times so no doubt he taught her not to get trapped in Genjutsu and not to look an Uchiha in the eyes. Furthermore I'm sure he would have showed her a technique similar to Gai's sharigan avoidance. Given Gai isn't that smart. (He thought Kisame was his true self.) I see know reason Tsunade can't do the same. And we don't know how Uchiha genjutsu's affect people of the Senju clan. Itachi probably never fought an Senju and wouldn't have known whether they were capable of breaking it or not. And I imagine Madara and the Elder son of the So6P would have had an easier time if Senju's fell pray to their Genjutsus. In addition a mini katsuya on her shoulder would be able to inject chakra into Tsunade's system.

However, if Itachi has taken her as lightly as his fans do and doesn't use those two items then Tsunade can take him, with her strength, her summon, her medical knowledge, her regeneration, her poison, and her Pathway Disturbance. If at any point any of her attacks make contact with his actual body then He's done. The fact of the matter remains Tsunade is a top tier shinobi with the counters to the sharingan.

Notice he would have to not have his weapons for to have a chance at it. Even then it's a small chance. He will user his weapons so she can't do it alone. When I talked about Amaterasu add what I said in the Itachi-Sasuke thread about it being bad strategy for Tsunade there.
Kisame is the weaker link of the two. Jiraiya could solo him but he's needed to help against Itachi. So after Sage Mode is up Goemon could pretty much one shot Kisame. Kisame's only counter to Goemon is Super Water Shark jutsu. Tsunade would counter his Super Water Shark jutsu. Throw in another Toad Oil Flame Bullet for good measure and he's def done for. That leaves the three against Itachi and Itachi will lose.

I believe Tsunade is often underrated and before the Madara incident people said she was undeserving of her position as hokage. Infact, some still say she was a poor choice or only a last resort. I will demonstrate why she is worthy of being a sannin and a kage.

• Huge Chakra Reserves - I think this point really expresses itself. Being a Senju and being gifted with the Senju body of the Sage and the Uzumaki longevity she has been granted a lot of chakra which is how she healed the entire village during Pein's attack or how she could heal from the wounds Madara inflicted when Kabuto couldn't heal from the damage of a rasengan
• Creation Rebirth/ Byakougou - Either of these two techniques grant her immortality in battle
• Unparalleled Strength- Her strength is unparalleled. According to the databook and Naruto Wiki Tsunade naturally has monster strength. However she adds to her punches and kicks by building chakra in the body part that is going to make contact then releasing it as soon as contact is made... essentially it's chakra explosions. She took Orochimaru out with one punch when his body was fairly healthy. (not his arms but his body). In perspective a sick Oro withstood 4tails naruto attacks

• Precise Chakra Control- Once again fairly self explanatory and I think her yin seal proves it. In addition to her strength.
• Intelligence-Take the war with Pein for instance, she strategically sent Naruto away to get stronger rather than following the advice the advisers, rather than taking pein head on, she healed the entire village, she had Katsuya everywhere that way everyone could gain more info on Pein instantly. In the fight with Madara she devised an attack on Madara so that the other kages could attack him while he responded to her attack. When she was fighting kabuto and her lungs were messed up she pseudoparalyzed him so that she could heal. As per her rules for Medical Ninja she understands the strategies necessary to keep a team alive.
• Medical Ninjutsu- self-healing techniques only paralleled by Hashirama, but in general medical jutsu she is unmatched. Which is why Lee is a shinobi today. Why Oro came to her, when he already had Kabuto, why she was able to heal an entire village at once, and why she was able to quickly and near effortlessly undue the damage done to Kakashi and Sasuke by Itachi's Tsukyomi. Which leads me to believe that Genjutsu won't be very effective on her as she firstly has such excellent chakra control as mentioned above so if she stops her chakra flow the genjutsu is ended in addition to knowledge of how it works, how it affects the brain, and how to treat it.
• Katsuya- I think Katsuya is underated. No she isn't really a battle slug but consider this a hundred of those kid-sized katsuyas spitting acid. Or given how Tsunade was able to heal the village through Katsuya and she was going to kill Orochimaru with Medical Ninjutsu if a small katsuya a few inches long is stuck on an opponent Tsunade needs only to channel the technique through Katsuya to kill an opponent. I can see Tsunade inacting this jutsu while multitasking as she always holds the jutsu that keeps her looking young, while using augmented monster strength, while using forbidden jutsus, or how she keeps up her technique while she heals.In addition to the obvious fact that Katsuya can crush people.
• Body Pathway Derangement- This technique would disable nearly anyone who does not have a lightening cloak. Kabuto was a prodigy and it took him some time to figure out how to move. Should she use this technique she could smash her opponent while they were unable to move or you know slit their throat.
• Dexterity-Contrary to popular belief Tsunade is not slow. She's only ever been hit four times in combat from what we've seen.

Against Pein Jiraiya would not have known his secrets as hokage and still would've died. It was Jiraiya's death that pushed Naruto to learn Sage Modo. So he wouldn't have been strong enough to defeat Pein.
If Kakashi were hokage... he still would've died the same way but he would have listened to the advisers and kept Naruto in the village and when Pein attacked he would have been screwed.
I think we saw the damage done by Danzo's short reign as interim hokage. He managed to lose the trust of the the other great shinobi nations and the neutral samurai nation. He is the reason that sasuke attacked the summit. And in the chaos Tobi was able to declare the 4th ninja world war. And honestly what do you think he would've done with Naruto as hokage during Pein's invasion?

Orochimaru may not be able to beat Tsunade but he would give her a damn good run for her money

So here's what I think working under the the ideas provided by the databook. Their prowess in ninjutsu is the same albeit in they are strong in different areas. She is by far better at taijutsu in comparison to him. He is much better at casting genjutsu. They are of equal intellect. He is a whole tier faster than her. She has more stamina than him. He performs hand seals faster than she does.

• Attack Prevention Technique: is pointless if Tsunade goes ahead and punches the surface Orochimaru has blended into
• Binding Snake Glare Spell: Her natural strength was great enough to lift Gamabunta's sword, so ripping snakes shouldn't cause too much problems.
• Body Flame Technique- Too slow and where would he go?
• Body Shedding- Actually this is very useful. Orochimaru's body was healthy when Tsunade punched him before but he could not shed his skin because of his arms. So he had to quit the fight. Now he can afford being hit by Tsunade but apparently this jutsu takes a lot of chakra.
• Five Elements Seal- Would require she had an even numbered seal on to be effective.
• Formation of Ten Thousand Snakes- Problematic however this technique can be cancelled out by heavenly foot of Pain if acted upon immediately.

• Gathering of Snakes isn't useful because of the nature of Tsunade's attacks in combination with Orochimaru's soft physique technique. So she won't cut his body.
• Hidden Shadow snake hands would work against Orochimaru if he tries to grab Tsunade with it as there'd only be a repeat like when he tried to grab her with his tongue. If he tries to poison her, her liver will regenerate and render the poison moot. Or she could use the antidote she has in her tools, which she'd probably have anyway because she worked with Oro for so long.
• Living Corpse Reincarnation: He's not going to use this in the heat of battle but if he does Tsunade has the mental fortitude to attack while impaled, to attack with stomach and respiratory muscles cut, and to overcome a phobia in addition to her precise chakra control I see her breaking free. The obvious counter to this argument is Orochimaru has a 5 in genjutsu and she only has a 3. This is true but she also has better chakra control. It was stated that healing jutus require a lot of chakra and she managed to heal a whole village, while keeping up her transformation technique, and she had summoned Katsuyu which as we've seen with Jiraiya and Naruto large summons take considerable chakra. In the war she has healed her stomach twice (Susanoo Sword and 3 Yasaka Magatamas) and used creation rebirth to heal the wounds from the heavenly transfer technique, in addition to healing the other kages, and breaking through Susanoo and Madara's mokuton clone. Additionally it was also stated that Medical jutsu requires precise chakra control because if the chakra is not controlled effectively the patient can be killed or the justu is ineffective and Tsunade is hailed as the greatest living medic.
• Summoning Gate and Triple Summoning Gate Rashomon: Kiba and Akamaru put a dent in the single gate in Part I. Tsunade breaks through it.

• Sword of Kusanagi: Longsword of the Sky- Tsunade needs only grab the sword. As long as it doesn't decapitate her she'll survive if she can regrow vital organs in her abdomen then she should be able to regrow limbs and digits.
• Temporary Paralysis Technique- Iirc Genin Sasuke and Sakura overcame this technique.
• Wind Release: Great Breakthrough -If Tsunade is using her chakra to stay on the ground like she did when Pein attacked the village (she was using it to counter shinra tensei) then I see her receiving injuries similar to the heavenly transfer technique which she'd heal.
• Eight Branches is nothing but very large taijutsu taijutsu. Tsunade would only need to punch the heads as they attack and the damage recieved with byakougou.
• Then there is Manda and Katsuya. Katsuya would prove useful against the 8 branches technique. Manda also had no jutsus he could bite and coil. For that reason he'd be defeated as well.
• Body Pathway Derangement could be countered by perhaps a raiton cloak which Oro does not have and his taijutsu and stamina is less than Tsunade's so he could get caught by that.

My conclusion Tsunade would win
Edit: The edos might cause a problem but we know Tsunade has a form of fuinjutsu as per her seal on her forehead. Given the fact that she is the oldest living Uzumaki we know with actual connections to members of her clan she probably has other sealing jutsus.
But the edos do pose an interesting problem. Though she may be able to remove the talisman Oro used to control them when blow to their heads. At which point they'd help her.

And Oro has the power to beat Jiraiya. In turn Jiraiya can beat Tsunade. They are effectively all the same power level and together they are nearly unstoppable.

Prestige isn't given just because of combat feats. They're contribution to the ninja world as a whole is pretty amazing. Tsunade incorporated the medical field into Konoha, and started its training. She gave the basic rules of healing the fighters in combat, and also created anti-poisons to combat the ones that the enemy used (imagine fighting an army with poisoned weapons). This possibly saved several hundreds on the battlefield and may have won them the war, so she surely deserves props for that.

Orochimaru went the other path, into the side of corruptness. His main goal was to create an add-on to humans so that they can live forever, and so that nobody has to bear the pain of their loved ones dying ever again. For notable features, Orochimaru proves his worth by killing off leaders of the Great Ninja Villages and tricking whole armies into fighting each other. His studies gave birth to new struggles in their world - his work corrupted several children and eventually created Kabuto.

Jiraiya's main theme has to do with his search for peace. Once he received his prophecy, he ventured far and wide, and eventually trained Nagato, Minato, and Naruto. However, most of this didn't achieve his fame since it was more on the unknown end of the spectrum. I don't remember anything that the general public would use to hype him, but he WAS always considered the loser of the group as a young kid.

Basically, if you were a ninja during the war and saw these 3 come to help you in battle, you'd feel joyful too.
