2nd hokage not much known about him except he was skilled water jutsu user
3d (prime) known for his skill and much much more (which will take me all day to post)
4th yellow flash is the name u know how strong he is (except haters :/)

all the sanin are hokage material
jiraya sage art user other than his amazing skills
orochimaru i think just saying the name is enough
and tsunade great supporter and healer but not the attacking type

PS: all are in their best (not old) and that includes the 50 year old tsunade and jiraya
please if u will comment use intelligence not "FTG over"
