Raikage takes it for me.
- Mini Bijudama shouldn't take him down. Edo bodies aren't as durable as the original as well so Raikage's durability should be better in his alive form. No reason for one to believe they'll destroy the Kage especially with no feats suggesting so. Especially considering the distance and the fact that the Kage would be coming at him leaving Naruto possibly getting caught up in the blast as well which he can't survive.
- Nothing in KN6 Naruto's arsenal can put him down. Not even the blast with feats alone to wipe snakes would take that man down. Especially Orochimaru who somehow could survive considering the likes of Sai and Yamato felt the impact from that far out

emphasizing on the fact that Orochimaru who was much close probably survived the attack itself considering the scale. Not that it's even worth mentioning when we speak of the likes of the Kage and Naruto probably won't be doing the same. Not to mention the fact that this is
mindless Naruto who resorted to that act based on the fact that he was outnumbered with so many snakes. His fight with Pain shows this but it doesn't matter with the Third's speed.
