They say when gods clash, the grasses at their feet would suffer the consequences greatly. A fight between the god of shinobi and a shinobi prodigy was imminent and inevitable at this point in time. Only one of them would leave this location in one piece, only one would survive, only the strongest would eliminate the other. Hakai donned in his traditional cloud wear that Iris has camoflauge as and a pair of steel swords strapped to his back in an "X" like manner and a pair of his custom made tonfas also on his being. He needed all he had to make sure Hashirama renounces his title of "the god of shinobi", Hakai was prepared to beat him blue black and show him the strength of the Raikages. Although all he sought after was to win, Hakai would start off with a simple assault to raise the tension of the conflict a bit before raising the tempo depending on how his opponent reacts. First, he would charge towards the god with full speed closing the distance between them to the minimum only to stop a few inches away from the god with a stretched out leg that he used to deliver a kick against his adversary's left knee causing him to stumble with his footing and lean a little bit forwards as he unknowingly would close in towards Hakai. Carrying out his well planned assault, Hakai would return the stumbling god with a lightning infused upper cut straight to the jaw as Hashirama moved closer causing the man's lower jaw to close forcefully, slamming itself against the upper part causing an unimaginable pain upon its occurrence and also effectively launching Hashirama slightly above ground which Hakai also reacts to by kicking Hashirama on the left side of his chest sending him backwards forcefully head first into the earth.

Not wanting to waste anytime Hashirama eyed down this so called Raikage and as soon as he lept forward, Hashirama lept back to keep the same distance (we have the same speed due to bonuses) with the same motion except that as he did, he performed one handseal robbing the Raikage of his sight and then followed it up immediately with another handseal and exhaled a very fast but thin stream of pressurized water right at the man, intending to pierce right through his heart while he was blinded:

Hakai charges forwards with his laid up plan already in his mind only to see this coward leap backwards attempting to flee the blessings of close range combat. Hakai kept on charging as everywhere gets dark all of a sudden. With Hakai's years of battling experience, he knew he had fallen prey to his worst nightmare, an illusion. So he was fighting a coward after all, one who hides behind façades and illusions mimicking the art of those who were very good in the field. It wouldn't require an Einstein brain to deduce the pathetic illusion, things remained normal, he still felt the wind grazing his skin and the sounds from the environment was not hindered, only his sight was affected. Trying to test this theory, Hakai would halt for a moment and surge a large amount of chakra through out his whole body which cleanses his system of all foreign induced chakra while also activating his trademark Lightning Chakra Shroud - Level One and also dispelling the illusion allowing him to regain his sight instantly.
As soon as he regained sight, He would be just in time to witness the enemy form an hand seal and spit a thin line of water that moves at high speed towards his location. Normally, one his good days Hakai could tank the damage like it was tissue but he had to exploit this opportunity presented by the opponent and only proceeded to counter attack once the wave is like 2m close to his body tricking the man into thinking his technique had hit. In a burst of speed, Hakai would disappear from the line of attack of the wave and reappear a few inches beside yet roughly behind Hashirama who would be now focused on performing his water technique effectively with an outstretched arm delivering a formal back hand chop to Hashirama's neck while maintaining the momentum from his high speed movement exploiting its advantage to increase the potency of the chop to an higher level. The result of the back hand assault would be the complete snapping of the man's neck killing him instantly.
Hakai would stop only after he had kept at least 5m away from the dead man's corpse nodding his head in pity.
Sandaime' Torikeshi funōna chūmon XIX - Sandaime' Irrevocable Order XIX

Description: A technique created to remove the Sandaime's vulnerability to illusions and provide him with a suitable counter to such devious techs. This can be performed in two ways, the first being when the user has his lightning armor active and gets stuck in an illusion, he would stall the chakra for the armour to build up ending the armour in an instant after which he pulses it through every chakra point present in his body releasing the stalled chakra outwards effectively bringing the armour back to life and the illusion dispelled. This can be related to the reving of an engine for a while before taking off at the same burst. Another usage is when the user doesn't have his armour on, he could attain a double effect with this by dispelling an illusion and activating his armour too. By pulsing the chakra needed to activate his lightning armour through out every point of his body, the user surges said chakra and activates his armour while also dispelling the illusion.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the
Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

How slow do you think I am? By the time you've broken the gen the handseal for the water attack would be done and when you released it you'd see the water coming at you already.

Hashirama with his chakra sensing could immediately sense when Hakai released the genjutsu, although it was kinda obvious when your shroud appears. When that shroud appears I cut the water technique (the water already made would still come at you but that doesn't matter since you dodge). Now with my hands already close ish due to having performed handseals I'm easily prepared to counter your next few moves (I have currently got 4x reactions due to bonuses). Knowing that your forte is close combat and that you tried to enter it before and also knowing that you use lightning attacks I mold raiton chakra in my hands and so that when you go to move I immediately clap my hands (which are already close together). This produces an omnidirectional wave of electromagnetic energy which takes away your armour and reducing your speed back to the same as mine:

battery powered tools etc.

Obviously you'd be fast enough to travel some distance meaning you'd now be in short range but the reduced speed means you wouldn't make it in time to behind me and because of my reactions and chakra sensing I've still kept track of you. So as soon as I release the wave (it's its own thing I don't need to maintain it) I do one handseal placing you in an extremely potent genjutsu once again. This genjutsu removes your sense of touch, and you find the world going black like the previous genjutsu except you now also find yourself completely bound by extremely strong wires (obviously you can't see them in your current condition nor would you feel it until you tried to move). In reality you are frozen to the spot stuck in a illusion in short range from me:

Description:
A powerfull technique were the user takes control of the enemy's 5 senses and makes him experience anything he can imagine. These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle
Note2: User can't perform other Genjutsu in the same turn
Note3: User can't perform any technique above S-Rank on the same turn

Once the genjutsu is placed Hashirama gathers chakra in his right hand and molds it into a sharp spear of pure chakra (takes two seconds) and he throws it right at the frozen Hakai's head killing him instantly:

How slow do you think I am? By the time you've broken the gen the handseal for the water attack would be done and when you released it you'd see the water coming at you already.

Hashirama with his chakra sensing could immediately sense when Hakai released the genjutsu, although it was kinda obvious when your shroud appears. When that shroud appears I cut the water technique (the water already made would still come at you but that doesn't matter since you dodge). Now with my hands already close ish due to having performed handseals I'm easily prepared to counter your next few moves (I have currently got 4x reactions due to bonuses). Knowing that your forte is close combat and that you tried to enter it before and also knowing that you use lightning attacks I mold raiton chakra in my hands and so that when you go to move I immediately clap my hands (which are already close together). This produces an omnidirectional wave of electromagnetic energy which takes away your armour and reducing your speed back to the same as mine:

Obviously you'd be fast enough to travel some distance meaning you'd now be in short range but the reduced speed means you wouldn't make it in time to behind me and because of my reactions and chakra sensing I've still kept track of you. So as soon as I release the wave (it's its own thing I don't need to maintain it) I do one handseal placing you in an extremely potent genjutsu once again. This genjutsu removes your sense of touch, and you find the world going black like the previous genjutsu except you now also find yourself completely bound by extremely strong wires (obviously you can't see them in your current condition nor would you feel it until you tried to move). In reality you are frozen to the spot stuck in a illusion in short range from me:

Description:
A powerfull technique were the user takes control of the enemy's 5 senses and makes him experience anything he can imagine. These illusions however are bound by the normal natural laws of Narutoverse (gravity, kinetics, etc) making it impossible to create unreal (in the context of Narutoverse) situations or scenarios. They can and may also be used to cause the enemy pain or distress or simply serve as a distraction or to camouflage the user in an escape or an attack. The genjutsu itself is done by performing 3 hand seals (Tiger+Ram+Horse) while inserting your chakra into the enemy's brain, disturbing his chakra flow and quickly gaining control over his senses. If the user is within short range of the enemy he can perform this technique with either 1 hand seal (Ram) or by looking directly into the enemy's eyes.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

Once the genjutsu is placed Hashirama gathers chakra in his right hand and molds it into a sharp spear of pure chakra (takes two seconds) and he throws it right at the frozen Hakai's head killing him instantly:

The battle needed to end as soon as possible, there was no time to waste, the enemy had skill and Hakai had wits making both of them quite a match. As Hakai speed blitz into short range, his armour enhancement suddenly disappeared prompting him to remember his battle with Priest Bartholomew some years back where he used the same technique to get rid of his shroud the same way this new adversary had used it. Without stopping to think and relying basically on his instincts as his shroud disappears, Hakai would generate a large amount of non focused electricity from every point of his body and release it omnidirectional to cover every direction, short range around him. This in turn would instantly electrocute his enemy and they would be forced to be paralysed without notice as Hashirama would fall lifelessly to the ground. Immediately as Hashirama would be struck by the paralysing burst of electricity and would be falling to the ground, his descent would be cut short as four large earth spikes would pierce his armor and flesh catching his body midway towards the ground. One would pierce his heart, another to pierce his male reproductive organ, another to pierce through his skull and the last to pierce through his stomach. All four spikes would pierce and reveal themselves on the other side of their point of entry. Since both assaults require no hand seals, Hakai would be able to pull them off with absolute fluidity since they were his specialized affinities.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to
generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Yeah no, this move fails. Nagashi does no damage, and its just a metagaming move to try to interrupt a gen you have no way of knowing is coming. Take your L and let it be a lesson not to be so cocky in the future.
