The Third Kazekage is a fair man of average height, sunburnt complexion and with flowing, shaggy black hair that forms up in spikes around his face. He wears a black metal breastplate and black leggings, with a large green-black coat with a wolf fur collar over it.
On his breastplate are etched storage seals, five of them, each containing a large amount of iron sand within them. One seal released alone gives him enough sand to pull off his techniques. The rest are backup.
Personality:
The Third is a relatively grim and stoic person, silent unless required, not prone to the constant jabbering of threats and insults favoured by some of the other shinobi. Outside of battle, he is a stern, strict but fair leader of his village.

Background Info.
History:
The early beginnings of the Third Kazekage are unknown, but his record is trackable from his time as a Genin. He placed on a Genin team, passed his first Chunin exam, became a Jounin and then an ANBU all while having a perfect mission record.
His determination and unique talents came to the notice of the Council of the Sand, who elected him the Third Kazekage.
After studying the host of Shukaku of the time, he recreated its sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand technique. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure
Other
While alive, the Third Kazekage was hailed the strongest in the village's history. The Third possessed the unique ability to convert chakra into magnetic forces. With his research of Shukaku's powers, he crafted his own version of "sand-manipulation", the Iron Sand, by combining his magnetic force control with iron powder; this was the main reason why he was considered the strongest Kazekage there is. His magnetic control also granted him immunity from all metallic weapons, as well as the ability to nullify opposing puppets by clogging their joints with sand.
