LOOKS:
The Third Kazekage was a slender muscular young man who stood around 6' tall. His eyes were green and facial features included having distinct black lines from the corner of his eyes to the side of his face. His face is framed with a fringe of dark black spikey hair that is also tied back into a short ponytail. He wears a long dark grey cloaked coat with a thick fury brown neck collar.
PERSONALITY:
Relaxed, cool, calm and collective. Known to be a genius due to his ability to study the 1 tailed beast, Shukaku and mimic the bijuu's special sand ability with his added magnetic chakra Kekkei Genkai to create a completely new form of elemental combat, the Iron Sand technique. It is also known that due to this ability, he was one of the strongest ninja, being made the third kazekage. Fierce in battle, he was kind and caring in person.
Unfortunately not much else is known about this ninja.

HISTORY:
The Third Kazekage was once the leader of Sunagakure, though his true name is unknown. He had the unique ability to manipulate his chakra and convert it into magnetic forces, which made him immune to all metallic weapons. After studying the host of Shukaku of the time, he recreated its sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand technique. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure.
One day the third kazekage disappeared from the village, and unaware of his whereabouts Sunagakure searched earnestly for him. Their actions are suggested to have sparked the Third Great Shinobi World War. With the war's outbreak the village was forced to give up the search and choose a Fourth Kazekage, though there would be other search attempts in later years.
Nothing more is known on him after this time.
