Saito waited in The Snowfield of Iron where he seen his opponent. Upon sight, his blood boiled as he seen one that he had battled with before. The steel user. But, Saito noticed something was different with his opponent. He had a different look in his eyes from the last time they met. There was confidence in his experience. From that Kotaro was able to tell that his opponent has learned some new skills.
Hmph! You again? This is gonna be the battle of legends! Come!
Saito started by dashing towards his opponent with his right hand on the scabbard of his sword and his left hand reaching and tossing 3 senbon towards his opponent. As the opponent handles the senbon, Saito appears before his opponent. As he appears before his opponent Saito quickdraw slashes the opponent while passing alongside the opponent cutting the opponent's side, damaging major organs and artery, causing the opponent to bleed to death.

Gajeel was ready to beat the crap out of anyone and everyone that got in his way and he'd start with this petty samurai. He passively turned his body to steel to start the fight as the samurai threw the senbon. The senbon would bounce off his body. He followed by using his mastery of steel to manipulate his steel body. He clapped his hands together causing his skin to harden turning to dragon scales (A rank) so that when the samurai's sword hit him it did nothing to him, unable to cut through his steel scales. He does both techniques in the same moment making it one fluid jutsu. As the Samurai surges past him in a blur, Gajeel hears the hit of metal as the sword bounces off his armour.
You're gonna have to do better than that if you want to live...
He said this spinning around with his leg extended kicking you with his right leg which is solid A rank steel sending you flying away...

Description: A bigger version of Basic Steel Release where the user will do one hand seal (Bird) and produce medium to large sized objects, pillars, weapons, etc, made of black steel, from their body or from the earth.
The moment he noticed the senbon bounces off of his body effortlessly, he remembers that the opponent is able to freely manipulated steel throughout his body, and in reply he charges chakra to his sword which he sharpens using shape manipulation, before transforming the nature of the chakra to lightning. with this lightning it causes the sword to vibrate at high frequency allowing the sword to easily cut thru the steel as he continued with his original technique. He dash alongside the opponent while slashing the opponent's side cutting thru the steel and causing the intended damage to his internal organs and his arteries. But since the sword emit's lightning it will now have electrocuting property to it and since steel is also a conductor to electricity it would cause more than enough damage to cause death to the opponent.

Description: On his travels the First Shogun of the Land of Iron Samurai's faced many shinobi in combat and accumulated a wealth of knowledge over his long life. He met the fire temple monks who he eventually became friends with, they taught him the basics of elemental chakra and through heavy meditation and reaching a state of spiritual zen he learnt to unlock his elemental chakra for a moment which he eventually came to master. Not knowing handseals he still could not use ninjutsu but he could channel the elemental chakra like he normally would with normal chakra [Samurai Sabre Skill]. This allowed him to use elemental taijutsu/kenjutsu (e.g. NB taijutsu).
-Once per battle
-Once finished the user can only use techniques A rank and under.
-Can only be taught by the Current Shogun and Second in Command (as long as they have the Shogun's permission) to people he deems worthy.
-Can only be used by a Samurai
-The amount of turns the user can unblock their chakra and reach a state of spiritual zen depends on their rank:
Chukanbushi - 3 turns
Seieibushi - 4 turns
Kodenbushi - 5 turns
Current Shogun and Second in Command - Activated for the rest of the match

As Gajeel creates his scales he hears/sees the lightning surrounding your blade, bad sign for him. There is only one things he can do, he leans to his right side using the drunken fist fighting style, falling over from the state he is in and on top of that the weight of his armour would help him fall at the last second just avoiding your slash. As he falls to his right, you go past as he spins his body so his right leg comes up behind you kicking you in the back as he falls to the ground sending you flying. Gajeel slumps back up pretty fast too, as is the way of the drunken fist. The best thing is, you're unable to predict his movements.

Noticing the opponent move out of the way the Saito would have to gain enough footing to stop himself from continuing forward thanks to the linear momentum. As he stopped he was able to hear the sound of something flying towards him thru the wind, since taijutsu strikes emit a subtle sound that Taijutsu specialist would be able to hear. In response to whatever is coming towards him, Saito charged lightning chakra to his right foot passively due to his harmony technique while at the same time, in one motion, Saito bends forwards balancing on one foot while releasing a spike kick with the right foot to kick whatever was coming to him to the sky.

As he then pivots on his left foot, Saito he reverse his grip on his katana, rotates to his opponent's right side and slashes at the sternum of the opponent's chest. with the opponent's leg in the air also his leg would be chopped off in the process.
