The Bashōsen (which contained Samui and her brother) was consumed along with the pot. Do you think that will affect the Juubi's ressurection. Then again Tobi might have already thought about other things being sealed inside. What do you think?

Wouldn't there be alot of other souls in there to begin with? I mean Gin and Kin do seem decently familliar with the relics I don't think it will ruin the ritual or anything. Tobi must have counted with this

The hot and cold siblings were sealed in the Gourd, not the Pot. Unless I missed the Gourd somehow being sealed into the Pot, those 2 should not even be inside the Juubi.
