Earth is the element that all of us standing.It made by rocks,sand,soil and lots of thing.
*stand at in front of the sensei and wait for his answer*

go and meditate in that cave,feel the presence of earth around you,try to feel it's properties.Become one with the earth,I expect 2 detailed post of your meditation U_U

*Turn around and go to the cave sensei shows*
*laying on the cave's ground*
*shut my eyes and start to meditate about the earth*

(the cave is in dark and there is no sound)

first I get the smell of the dirt in the cave around me.
then I hear small sound's producing by worms in the cave ground,they make soil more and more small parts.finally I get presence of the major parts of earth made of sand,soil and rocks.I fell there strength,hardness.The earth made by there strong bond,that felling come to me now.

*dig a small hole by my foot and put my foot fingers to it*

now I feel the earth's properties through the my foot fingers in the earth.When the soil particals touches my foot.They are small,but when they bind together it become most hard material to break.

*do the meditation until sensei tell me to stop*
