If it can sense chakra maybe samehada will know it cant take in sage chakra and simply absorb the standard chakras and kyuubi's instead.

He does need more training though.

He lost against Pain even when Pain was worn out and couldnt use God body, and also naruto outnumbered him with summons.

Actually the more I think about it the more I realise Pain was damn strong @_@

Well it seems that senjutsu chakra is used rarely because of it's great risk so the chances that Kisame has fought another Senju user isn't that high. It'd seem a bit much if it could instant separate what portion of chakra it could take though and not the whole lot.
