Why Salad is an Uzumaki
The whole point of Sasuke repopulating was to restore his clan.
The Uchiha are known for their enhanced visual prowess, even Kabuto was jealous of Sasuke's eyes because he himself was born with bad eyesight.
Salada has glasses which indicates that her eyesight isn't that great.
But she doean't have sharingan yet
While this may be true and I acknowledge the fact Sharingan is unlocked when the host goes through a dramatic experience and they won't be active all the time due to her "apparant low chakra" , however, she was apparantlyborn from one of the god's of Shinobi - Sasuke, in which his genes would be dominant over Sakuras meaning that Salada would have inherited Sasuke's enhanced visual prowess Sharingan or not. He's the reincarnation and possesses the chakra of indra. It's unfathomable how someone who's whole character is based on his eyes produced a child that is the complete opposite.
Salad states that Buruto resembles like her
What does this mean?
Salada was following Bolt for a reason and it's because she acknowledges the similarities between them both. When she says "resembles" she is talking about his type of chakra, not his father. She was following him way before Bolt encountered Naruto. Karin was a sensory type, which only makes sense to as why his chakra would provoke curiosity into Salada, because she realised both of their chakra was so alike if she was indeed too a sensory type. It would make sense that Salada inherited Karin's bad eyesight as well.
Similarities between Karin and Salada
The glasses are a dead giveaway. While you may say "IT'S ONLY GLASSES" I find it hard to believe that the daughter of the one who possesses Indra's chakra was born with bad eyesight. Also, not only that she possesses the same stalkerish personality of Karin, like when Karin came into contact with sasuke, evidently in the recent chapter Salada forshadowed that with Bolt. Yes she has black hair, but there has been Uzumaki's born with white hair and black hair, even though red is the dominant gene within the family. Nothing stops her from being born with black hair.
Conclusion
The only logical explanation for this would be
1) Naruto is actually the father of Salada and Sakura and Naruto had something going on while "sasuke was travelling the world" but this is highly unlikely
2) Sakura isn't the biologoical mother of Salada, and for whatever reason Karin gave her up. Why do I think this? We didn't have any mention of Karin in the recent chapters which indicates she was punished for her crimes and is suffering jail time - sasuke only got free because he helped free everybody from the IT and he is raising her child because Sasuke wants to repay Karin for his "sins". She wasn't around at all and also Sasuke wasn't around with his "daughter" for what reason? You would think he would have been with his daughter to congratulate Naruto on becoming Hokage.
Also Salada was able to roam around the forest unnoticed, another trait of Karin who is able to move silently without being heard.
