Tsunade is currently older than Hiruzen during part1 Naruto, and due to overusing Byakugou, her body looks at least 15 year older than it supposed to. Pretty sure current Sakura > Tsunade.

It's not an a shinrai tense punch but it just goes to show the Sakura doesn't require a direct hit to actually fatally wound her opponents, she didn't even strike the centre of the pillar and the shockwave itself obliterated the entirety of the pillar.

Don't forget when she used her reserves to travel through dimensions Kaguya found chakra-taxing, that was impressive. Not to mention her removing Kankuro's poison extremely precisely then creating an antidote for it that even Chiyo a veteran failed to do. What a woman!

2 b fair, prime chiyo (with her wits fully about her) would have cured that poison, and cancer, in like 1/2 a chapter

Tsunade herself in one of the novels is even said to have taken a back seat after almost dying in the war. She knows she isn't up to fight these days her body though looking young cannot keep up with it's looks and thats facts.
