Let me think. I think her Genjutsu Resistance is something to be afraid of. The fact that Naruto as a perfect JJ couldn't break out of a genjutsu but Sakura could speaks volumes.

Most likely hence Sakura being the best medical ninja even without feats suggesting so. However she has definitely surpassed Tsunade in CES. And that's not debatable.

Don't forget when she used her reserves to travel through dimensions Kaguya found chakra-taxing, that was impressive. Not to mention her removing Kankuro's poison extremely precisely then creating an antidote for it that even Chiyo a veteran failed to do. What a woman!
