I dont see it happening. She didnt use her speed or her strength.
So that means her reaction time is even slower too.

That pushing it, Sakura is faster, KAguya chakra arms, Picking up obito to avoid the acid blitz, blitzing madara (sort of, naruto and sasuke were surprised)

That is a different case.
In the scan you provided, she had to first focus the chakra in her feet, to increase her speed and then in her feast to deliver the blow. So nope, she can not.

But the question was, Shouldn't her speed be equivalent to her strength, seeing as how she uses the same jutsu to enhance both, and both her strength and speed are equivalent.

Sakura is JUST LIKE TSUNADE. Meaning she suffers the same draw backs that Tsunade does: heavy hitter but slow which is what you would call a tank.

Her Byakugou chakra only enhanced her strength big time but not her speed.
Maybe her speed increased but not by big margin.
She never shown believeable speed feat.For me its just Kishi no fuk work to kept her alive in manga referring to Juubi hand cases.

She is pretty damn fast. She was able to run under Chakra arms for some time. People should accept it already. Should be faster than part II Neji now. Considerably faster, in fact.
Whoever made that post should be sprinkled with jet oil and burned alive as that's not how mach speeds are calculated.
Whoa whoa whoa ... Drink a cold glass of water and think clearly. Hebi Sasuke is one of the fastest Ninjas in the manga bar the Juubi Jins and Naruto and Sasuke's end versions.
