well, i don't remember any of the chapter, so most likely no

No they haven't but in an early episode we heard a woman hassleing her about being late for Academy. So we can assume thats her mother. [Im not sure if mother or mom was present when they talked to each other.]

When she is at home you hear sakura shouting at her mom when she is abut to go the academy. After the housse she meets Ino. That might remind you a little.

No u dont see her Mother... u only hear her voice in the beginnin of the series but thats it for her mother...
