Does anybody know about sakura's parents. Where r they? R they dead or alive? I also want 2 know about rock lee n tenten's families also. So plz help me.

Dark king's right, even after gaining any sort of knowledge about sakura's parents, we know its not enough of an important factor to influence the naruto shippuden series in the long run.

If you watch the 5th episode of Naruto(I believe its the 5th), you can here Sakura's mother telling her she is going to be late. That is the only time I know of though.
