I don't think she needs to master a chakra nature when her punches are more destructive than 99% of the elemental techniques.

It can be any one or combination of earth, water and lightning. Earth because that just seems to suit her. Water because she manipulated to extract poison. Lightning because we've seen Tsunade use it through remote healing as a defibrillator (and before that on Kabuto with her Body Pathway Derangement jutsu) so it's possible Sakura has the same type.
