You are forgetting that she can activate it mid combat. As long as she engages in CQC against Hyuga, she wins.
Neji might win due to airpalms, but he is the only Hyuga shown to be able to use it.

It extend her range like 3-4 centimetres, that not a whole lot. Kabuto has also been shown to activate it exceptionally fast, but his range is extended further due to his skill with the jutsu. Also I think your forgetting that engaging a hyuuga in close combat is practically suicide since we have seen once you in range of 64-palms your getting trashed. I can't think of an instance where 64-palm was used and not run the full course of hits (kidomaru still took all of the hits).

Okay... as soon as she sees the stance she activates Chakra scalpel. That shit will cut right through whoever tries to attack her head on...

To cut through it would mean she'd be willingly going into 8 trigrams range. That's asking to get merked.

Also, Hinata and others know air palm as well.

With or without the scapel. Sakura could take this with her summons. She can't hang with a Hyuuga in CQC. Few can. Neji beat Lee countless times and im sure Lee probably used gates.

Why would she fight with that with the Chakra Scalpel if she can fight with a more powerful jutsu that has a one-hit-KO??

Sakura is only above Part 2 Kabuto as a medic, tell me when he can massive heal an entire army.

Just because this applies to Kabuto doesn't mean it applies to other medics as well. He was talking about himself, not medics generally.

He's better at being a snake. Not a better medic. I didn't see him heal hundreds of people at once or cut someone open and beat their heart for them.

Strongly disagree, Kabuto doesn't have many healing feats.
Sakura healed a whole army, I don't see Kabuto competing with that.
