I'd be pretty surprised if she didn't know it TBH. Still Kabuto's combat-style scalpel (i.e. the full hand one) combined with his extreme precision using it shouldn't be underestimated. I'm still not sure TBH I feel like part 1 Kabuto's skills were to ambiguous to grade properly.

Sakura > Any Hyuga
The speed at which she activates Chakra Scalpel is incredible.
And the fact that she has them is officially confirmed.
This puts her above any Hyuga in CQC, the only area she was lacking when pitted against them.

Well she has that as well as Inhuman strength and as seen vs Sasori exceptional Taijutsu. I'd say so.

when was it said that scalpels cant be used in fights?
the knowing of the jutsu should be enough to assume she can employ it in combat alongside her fists.

It means nothing if she can't hit a hyuuga with it. Kabuto's combat style revolved around his intense precision and experience with the scalpel as well as the fact he could use it as a full hand scalpel. Also Kabuto's unorthodox movement style added him greatly in hitting the opponent.
Hyuuga's have shown taijutsu leagues above Sakura's so in a hand to hand fight she is unlikely to land a blow. Add in the fact she hasn't shown Kabuto's level of precision and also skill (full hand) she shouldn't be overrated. I know I sound like another hater, but its just the cold hard truth....

I'm not even going to waste my time aruging back and forth with you because for one you're a Sakrua fapper and second, you wouldn't even open your mind up even a bit.

You are forgetting that she can activate it mid combat. As long as she engages in CQC against Hyuga, she wins.
