I doubt it. Sakura was able to break the horn of a Juubi Jin, the only character who was able to perform a feat similar to this was 8th gated Guy.

However, clearly it wasn't meant to be a literal statement. What she meant is she can now fight alongside them without being a burden. Like she was during say part I when she literally did not fight other than the two fights in the Chunin exams. It was basically a moment of self confidence and happiness she can finally contribute as a combatant and not just as a medic or a closer.
