Doesn't this essentially come down to chakra reserves?

Tsunade's shown better feats in speed, and likely has the experience ans skill in combat Sakura lacks. But Sakura's surpassed Tsunade in strength and has the same regeneration as her.

I'd probably give it to Tsunade, just on chakra reserves and the tolerance to pain she has shown.

I was waiting for this thread to pop up and I was least expecting you of all people to make it. I was thinking of making it myself but then I became inactive. Regardless I plan to do a large scale analysis of both their strengths and weaknesses but can't give a short analysis as it may lead to controversy and I'd have to expand on my points which I do not want to do right now.

Anyway Sakura takes this high difficulty.

Mewtwo and Mew is nowhere near an accurate comparison for this match up. Nowhere near it. Sakura and Tsunade are roughly on par.

-Sakura also has a large amount of chakra as evidenced by her giving Obito enough chakra to change dimensions, which even Kaguya found a little taxing. (so Tsunade probably won't outlast her IMO)
-Tsunade may be a bit faster, but the difference isn't that big.
-They can both summon Katsuyu

So Sakura should win high diff with the restrictions.

Well, that's the case in the games, Mewtwo is much stronger than Mew.... though I was referring to the Movie. Heck, in the games, Mewtwo's even stronger than Arceus, who's basically GOD in the Pokemon world.

However Tsunade is better in Taijustu and has loads more experience as well as a more durable body.

BPD wouldnt make much difference. Sakura would figure it out faster than Kabuto did.

Anyway I'd like to see how Tsunade is faster when Sakura has better speed feats although you'd have to pit Sakura against edo Madara alongside five kages while Tsunade gets put up against Kaguya while helping the rest of the lot to make a fair comparison which isn't possible.

And yes, they are. There is literally nothing that puts Tsunade on another level compared to Sakura, combat wise anyway.

This comes down to whoever gets a direct hit in first, since I'm pretty sure that whoever gets hit is going to die on impact, and the one to land the first hit would probably be Sakura.

Also to note, Sakura in Shippuden's beginning couldn't even visually keep up with Sasuke's speed yet in the Kaguya fight, she visually kept up with god tier shinobi. Keeping up with god tier shinobi visually is quite a feat as even someone like sharingan Sasuke at the beginning of Shippuden may have some trouble in that regard considering what happened when Ay went V2 during the kage summit.

That's true. I meant to say that even if Tsunade is faster than Sakura, the difference isn't going to be so big that Sakura can't react to her.(Eg, Kisame reacting to v1 Killer bee inspite being slower) But yes those speed feats were good from Sakura. (especially reacting to the chakra arms). OTOH Tsunade doesn't have many good speed feats that compare to that.

Do you think Byakogou can supplement basic body functions like sage mode does such as stamina, strength, speed and healing prowess? Even Deidara upgraded his body's functions by upgrading his chakra.
