Fight? Sakura. She's a main character and is more powerful, strength wise and she has her healing. Tenten's long range would realisticly win against a short range/medic, but this is Sakura. In the anime/magna, Sakura would win. Sadly. However, honestly, I'm going to vote for Tenten because she wins in everything else. I love Tenten and hate Sakura.
Sakura of course. She was able to be unscratched when Sasori used his 100 puppets technique, so she shouldnt have problems to dodge TenTens weapon spaming. Sooner or later, TenTen would become victim to her chakra enhanced punch.

well... tenten would win, because i see her as a mid to long range fighter... and sakura is short range... if sakura can't touch her, she can't win

true she has been taught dodging, but she also would have died easily if chiyo wasn't using her a as a puppet against sasori... and sasori's first attacks weren't anything special...
I think you are uderstaminating Hirukos attacks. In his career in Akatsuki Sasori had to use his puppet body only twice - first time when he fought someone from organisation (probably Orochimaru), and second was his final battle with Chiyo and Sakura. In all his other battles Hiruko was enough - that tells much. The difference is, in battle with TenTen Sakura can allow get herself scratched, while one scratch from Sasoris needle would poison her.
Tenten would win realisticly because precision as well as mid to long range fighting, but kishi would throw a monkey wrench in there somewhere that would make Sakura win like the times she moved much faster than she normally would in the same situation that wasn't as plot involved. Sakura would get pwned by the slowest of attacks if it wasn't a method of kishi showing her being able to handle her own. the latest chapter showed Sakura countering a lot faster than she would've in any other situation against Zetsu-Neji which is BS because she's not normally a fast character. Tenten, on the other hand, is a really fast attacker that trains constantly with really fast teammates.
Sorry, but what you are talking is bullshit. If she showed some ability then she has it - as simple as that. Its like saying that Raikage isnt really fast, that was only a plot.
Nor is Zetsu, I must remind you...
She has some bombs, but shes not spamming with them.

I'm just saying that he launched numerous attacks with mass amounts of weapons, and she only dodged because of chiyo... tenten can throw mass amounts of weapons as well, so the chances of her getting hit are very high
also, thus far you've only argued that she wouldn't get hit easily, do you have a counter for her offensive strategy?
As I said, one scratch from Sasoris needle and Sakura would be poisoned. No wonder Chiyo had to guide her to prevent that.
Yeah, cut the distance beteen her and TenTen and land chakra enhanced punch. For example she can smash the ground beneath TenTens feet in order to TenTen lose her balance, and use this opportunity to cut the distance.
I say Tenten, even though Sakura was trained by Tsunade she's not unbeatable and the fact that she's a short-range fighter, well there's not much damage you can do if your oppenent is a mid to long-range fighter. And........ well Tenten's just not Sakura so that's all the reason for me

honestly I dont know because sakura is build for close combat with her crazy strength and medical justu if get hurts and tenten she a long distance fighter that throw explosive weapons everywhere. I dont know.
