She doesn't have rotation.
If your referring to the rotation thing she showed in the filler episode in the original series, it doesn't exist in the actual canon. So, her using the "rotation" is out.
And Byakugan, I don't see how that helps much. Ten-ten isn't going to be hiding behind trees trying to attack her. All she has to do is just summon her weapons, after she has put some distance between her and Hinata. Hinata will have her Byakugan activated and see all the weapons as Ten-ten summons them and directs it toward her but it is that really going to help her dodge a whole sea of weapons raining down upon her. And if Hinata does somehow how manage to dodge all the weapons, I think Sakura the medic who is trained in dodging can dodge it as well.
But Ten-ten has only shown summoning all those weapons in anime-only (In her fight against Temari in the anime during the Chuunin Exams, the name of the technique was Twin-Rising Dragons) scenes and not in the actual manga, so it doesn't really exist anyway.

wow you certainly dont know much, hinata is more useful then sakura , id take hinata before tenten or sakuraand what if she dodged then punch hinata in the heart?
Hinata isnt even a strong ninja, people like her because of her 2 Good Atributes (guys know what i mean) and because of the byakugan wich i find the most useless dojutsu ever.
thats like saying all the rasengans naruto used in movies dont exist
the "move" is there , it was shown that she has an attack similar to rotation
and the movie is in almost every naruto game so it does have some truth to it, and if im wrong then im wrong ill accept that but hinata is able to see tenten's attacks coming from any direct and she can deflect them or use subsitution , sakura cant see all tentens attacks coming so thats her struggling point

Tenten. I always vote for Tenten. Sakura wins, but my vote won't change xd Tenten's just that awesome.
Realisticly, Tenten is a good choice against any female, except Konan. Long range. Sakura is the main female, and was trained by Tsunade so that's pretty good for her.
However, Sakura wins. But Tenten rules. Makes sense to me.

I agree with you on the shino part
but about the last two naaa too old (tsunade is hokage and the love of my life so she can be in there even though she is 50)

Shino had a draw with Kankuro. Both lost.
I think people over-rate Shino. I can't stand the guy. He's more powerful than we have seen, yeah, but people act like he's the third best in Konoha (rookies). Guys like Shikamaru, Lee, Neji, and maybe (VERY maybe) Sakura and Hinata can beat him.
All my opinion.

Tsunade makes sense though shes Hokage and a Sanin she has extreme exp.

Shino is a Genius along side Neji and Shikumaru and Shino's techniques
are what makes him soo dangerous Shikamru would not be able to control shino's insect which consume chakra and can stop the flow of it
Neji i think can beat shino Maybe Lee[he's a beast by the way] but MAYBE

They don't really exist because there are never mentioned in the manga again, and they are never really shown again. Has Hinata even used the Rotation thing she learned back in the original series, in Shippuden. So, it's like that attack doesn't even exist in the anime either. And Ten-ten, like I stated earlier, does her attacks mostly in the open where everyone can see. Her battle with her clone in the earlier portion of Shippuden is good evidence of that. So, Sakura just like Hinata would see Ten-ten performing her "Twin Rising Dragons Technique" just like Temari did in the anime. Once the attack does hit Sakura she can substitute just like Hinata, in fact substitution is one of the things that became a routine for Sakura in the original series. For example, when she was protecting the bodies of Naruto and Sasuke from Dozu, Zaku, and Kin (The sound genin who were sent to kill Sasuke) she was using the substitution technique very quickly and efficiently. Most ninja can, but it seems almost like an automatic thing her body has to do when she gets injured.

Shino infront of Neji, and Sai gone? Shino is a Chunin, and Sai trained with Anbu. Neji is a jonin awesome at Taijutsu, as seen in all his fights. Rank isn't always important, but I beleive that Sai and Neji could beat him. Neji should be 8, and Sai 9.

Lee would destroy Shino. His speed nearly beat Gaara. He did amazing against Gaara.
Neji wins.
Sakura and Hinata, loose. I agree.
Shikamau is an iffy-one, but I think he'd win. He is the smartest out of the rookies. He can adapt to any opponet-Tayuya, Hidan, Kakuzu, Temari.
All close and long range.
But back on topic...

but hinata would be able to subsitute multiple times since she see's tenten's attacks n directions of them
sakura cant perform the same way
n there is alot of things that have been shown in the regular series that has not been shown in shippudden, like most of the characters we dont know 'hardly' any of their new abilities , they havent been shown yet
sakura we know more of cause shes a main, the other [most] characters were playing more of a 'backdrop role' up until now, so you never know
you vote tenten , i vote hinata , we both have different point of views and beliefs . and not as much facts as we need to be arguing about it
