Sakura is a genjutsu type, itachi and Sasuke arent.
In base form Sasuke and itachi are not on sakuras level of resistant .
They are only resistant to genjutsu, visual I might add, because of sharrigan

Given her chakra control and the way genjutsu works, she should have the best genjutsu in the series.
Like how kabuto with inferior chakra control was able to neg the uchiha bros with tayuyas genjutsu

Sakura's Chakra control is impressive meaning her dispelling Tauyua's ,Chunin level, illusions won't be that hard. She could also evade the supersonic Blocks of Iron Sand and react to the unstable Juubi. Doki are extremely sluggish and haven’t shown any combat feats to say they can distract, let alone beat Sakura keeping track with them is easy since, Tayuya herself doesn't like closing in. Shikamaru was able to figure out Tayuya’s genjutsu mechanics, what stops Sakura?
