Well, as Tsunade's successor she is doing her job well. She is a very good medical ninja. But honestly, to konohamaru? You could at least said some jounin, or someone from their class like Shino or whatnot.

Guys don't underestimate Konahamaru! He is no longer the kid he used to be, he has nearly a kage level jutsu, hes also smart, and clones. I wud say hes at least ur average jonin now. That path took down Ebisu easily and ebisu is a jonin and he also took out many other ninja. And Konahamaru beat him because Kona is now real strong. Now with that said he wud still lose to Sakura right now sorry. She is too good at medical jutsu and one punch wud take out Kona, but it wud still be a real tough fight.
