I'd say sakura considering she is tsuande's student so she has more access to medical nin. Kabuto may be advanced in medical stuff but tsuande is still further then him in medical nin so sakura would to.

i would say its a draw, Sakrua has not shown anything that makes her a better healer than a normal medical nin

Also just because she was trained by tsunade doesn't make her better than kabuto, she will surpass him yes, but she hasn't yet

yeah that was something. that's a similar jutsu to Tsunade's technique. if I remember correctly.
