I have no idea how durable Hiruko's shell is.

We can scale it to that sealed boulder she punched earlier based on the force of her punch being completely absorbed by Hiruko, meaning it should he as good as the wall since Sakura used full strength on both.

Also, Chiyo said Hiruko was unbreakable, despite explosive tags and her own kage being able to crush people completely using sand, so she scales Hiruko above their destructive ability.

S4 are obsolete to K12 pt2. also doesn't help that Sakura's style much like Lee's can smash/fissure rubble and close in for a quick knock out jab effortlessly. Dome isn't happening, she's agile enough to respond but even she was caught, her talent in CC would slow the drain to a minimum then focus more of her chakra into the hand as the dome's (if i remember correctly) drain isn't that potent in the upper body, then break through the barrier when she releases her chakra at the point of contact of her fist to wall. The rest is history, she possess the same striking power Choji had. Her speed against Sasori's assault is something Jirobo obviously couldn't replicate meaning she'll get the first move regardless of distance.
