I would say Hinata because i don't know how Sakura could defend herself against gentle fist, which is more like Hyuga's taijutsu speciality and difficult to predict when Sakura is more like the linear type, so it could be dangerous for her

Gotta give it to Hinata. She blocks off chakra paths and without that Sakura is nothing.

Sakura, her skills outmatch Hinata in many areas. First off, Hinata=/=Neji. They both may be gentle fist users but Neji is clearly on a different level.
All it would take is 1 hit of from Sakura to take Hinata down, even a small graze will break bones. What gives Saskura the advantage is that that Hinata would only be able to dodge attempting to block the punch would result in an instant win since that would probably shatter her arms. When it comes to evasion Sakura would also trump her since she is a medical nin and is superior in speed having a 3 while Hinata only has a 2.5.

I say Sakura and can Sakura block her gentle fist with chakra like we know sakura is really good when it comes to how to use chakra so can she like add chakra to her points like a large amount so when hinata hits it, it blocks it because sakura added a amount to stop it or reduce the hit

I already dealt with you. Hinata is stronger and better tai jutsu one hit of gentle fist which is mostl likely to hit before Sakura because gentle fist is faster, also protective trigrams fanboy
