sakura is a uber-bitch to naruto and hinata is sweet and has real power if you think about it she could be just as good as neji if she tried hard enough? but i like both of them b/c it balance the series out so to speak.

At their current level in a fight to the death- Hinata, no doubt about it...

This fight boils down to taijutsu and guts. The taijutsu is NOT equal. Gentle fist is Konoha's best taijutsu and Hinata has been practicing with a gentle fist genius in Neji for years. With her Byakugan there is nothing that Sakura can throw at her that she won't see coming a mile away.

The intangible here is guts. Despite her shy outside demeanor when push came to shove she was gladly willingly to die for Naruto going up against Pain when she knew she stood no chance=guts
When push came to shove and Sakura had the chance to try and kill Sasuke, what did she do? Chicken outand let Kakashi and Naruto bail her out= no guts...

If Sakura would have fought Sasori alone then that reference would have been valid, but we all know that she had a huge assistance from Chiyo. Big difference fighting someone one on one than with backup. Something to consider...

Good point on flipping the situation. I wonder what she would do as well. And while this is completely subjective i believe IF Hinata actually made the decision to kill Naruto, i believe she would do it. She shows a such a singular drive when it comes to Naruto that If killing him was the only way she believed she could save him she would do it and probably kill herself afterwards, lol

Internal fortitude is a HUGE factor in any fight. Now maybe it was a little unfair to suggest that Sakura didn't have guts but i think she has regressed some in that department since the Sasori fight. I think Hinata continues to improve greatly when it comes to that...add the Byakugan and Gentle fist, i don't see how Sakura can win with just super strength and inferior taijutsu...

Fact is, she was keeping her cool in a fight against much stronger opponent. Teamwork was the key to win this, but Sakura has played her role well.

Sakura has a weak point, and that point is Sasuke. Then again, even much more powerful and experienced shinobis have point like that. Remember when Orochimaru was leaving Konoha? Hiruzen couldnt bring himself to kill him, even though he knew very well that Orochimaru was responsible of killing several villages civilians and shinobis, Oro even killed two ANBUs on his eyes. And we are talking about Hiruzen here, the guys who was Konohas Hokage for years.

But saying that Sakura has no guts or that Hinatas spirit is much stronger is simply unfair. Even Sasori aknowledged her.

what did you see then? cuz i saw a pink haired bitch throwing the same haymaker over and over, she fought a couple puppets and won so what. hinata has byakugan and the taijutsu she displayed in chuunin prelims is better than sakura's current taijutsu

Forget about battles, I want to know who he is going to end up with. Is Sakura going to be the Kushina to his Minato, or the Tsunade to his Jiraya. Or will he take it in a totally different direction and have Naruto end up with Hinata? He's sixteen, its time for a first love already!!!!!

He's probably gonna end up with hinata. Sakura still has that chilhood crush on sasuke even though he tryed to kill her multiple times. Hinata has always loved him. And besides Sakura already tryed to tell naruto she loved him...but he told her off. Hinata and Naruto all the way + :naruto: = <3

Yes, yes he is much more powerful, but he can be hurt just as well. For example, if Itachi and Sakura were stabbed in the heart they would both die, and being much stronger wouldnt save Itachi at all. Thats what Im talking about.
