Unless Sakura can put out a punch that literally blows apart his limbs (and Hidan has exceptionally good durability), Hidan takes this.

Also, Sakura is gonna have to get him in a position where he can't dodge or counterattack, especially when she has to be put at risk of his scythe.

Lol He avoids everything she throws at him, and basically has unlimited stamina while she does not,

He can easily either Hit Sakura with his long range scythe WHILE evading the slow as hell acid, or get on to Katsuyu and enter CQC with Sakura where she gets hopelessly raped

Wait katsuyus acid is not slow actually its very fast

Manda was able to dodge it because he was actually very fast and big
But comparing him to humans cant make such great distance in a very short time so it will be difficulty to dodge it

Hidan will probably take this unless Sakura can slice his head off to stop him from going anywhere.

But it wouldn't be as easy as people say, Hidan's fighting style is simple. Tsunade taught her the impressive evasive skills that she displayed during the Sasori fight and she has the Byakugou now too. Not to mention that even Shikamaru dodged Hidan's speed so it's not gonna be a piece of cake to deal with her.

But yeah Hidan takes this mid/high diff unless Sakura does this:

I think sakura will lose as a close combat fighter. Hidan kept up with the lieks of asuma and kakashi so he will definitely be to fast for sakura and will cut her. Once that happens she is a goner. I honestly think that unless she knows the nature of his abilities tsunade would get killed by hidan to. She is not that fast and with her healing abilities she can be kinda reckless, but while she can heal hidan is immortal and while her healing has limits based on chakra his abilities have not shown such limitations.

Ritual and GG. Hidan is probably one of Sakura's worst matchups, she has zero long range jutsu.. if Hidan get's just a drop of her blood it's game over.
