Sakura can't break this genjutsu unless she finds the clam. This genjutsu is not regular genjutsu. Clam is releasing mist, and as long as that mist is present this genjutsu will be present. Even without intel Sakura should be able to realize that genjutsu works with the help of Clam. She can locate the Clam with method of trial and error, she can damage the ground until she locate it and when she locates it she can get rid of genjutsu.
Of course this will happen assuming Gengetsu being retarded and laying off while watching Sakura destroy the clam.
While she searches the Clam, Mizukage can shot Sakura in the head with his 'Water Gun' or have his Jōki Bōi cut Sakura's head off with his axe shaped hand.
She loses even with intel but without intel she has literally no chance.
