Reminder that we still don't actually know how strong 8 Gates are so this thread is as impossible to call as before. If he manages to defeat all the swordsmen though then yeah probably him, as Sakura isn't worth 7 legendary jounin ninja. All just hype though.

It can go either way, but dai is pretty featless still. Even if he can open the 8th gate, a fodder opening the 8th gate is just a slightly stronger fodder. Sure, he needs to be a certain strength to open the 8th gate, but there's still a massive difference between lee going 8th gate and guy going 8th gate. We still need more info.
Anyway, I give this to sakura. Super strength, healing, invasion training, and chakra scalpels. Ontop of that, Kisame took a hirudora and moved relatively easily afterword without medical attention. Sakura should take this mid diff. Dai's best chance is 8th gate, but he'd die using that, so it makes llittle to no sense to even call that a victory... just a draw.
