Tsunade transfered chakra sakura was healing. It's a difference.

She could send him the chakra he needed through katsuyu as a medium but her parts died. Sakura couldn't transfer the amount of chakra he needed at once. She could with katsuyu but with her own chakra transfer it's not strong enough. And when he gotmthe kuyubi chakra (which is powerfull) he started to regain consciousness.

And when tsunade tap his forehead she gave him chakra in his face because his face was still kinda drained.
