Before you guys start blindly hating on the thread. And also, before you try to reply, please don't be the idiot that replies by saying "nah you trolling" or "nah its not".. while on the hand your post is being countered by the manga.. so if you want to counter a point , do so with the manga.
Chakra:
So when it comes to chakra Tsunade is always put superior for some reason. Because of the whole dna things about her being "Senju + uzumaki" = her having larger reserves than Sakura.. yet when the same logic is used against Nagato for example.. people say the whole "senju + uzumaki" argument is invalid.. Inconsistent the argument is. On top of that are we already forgetting, Senju do live in the village..
Senju and the village:
Senju were only known as "Senju" because Hashirama wanted to unite people related to the senju blood under one symbol and name.. which led to the forming of the village, and thus no more use for the "CLAN".. Because remember Senju belief was that the village is more important than the clan.
Also, the Senju clan of Hashirama's time =/= Senju clan before. Senju clan of Hashirama was all others groups who had senju blood relation uniting together, except the uzumaki who were already living on the island themselves.

So overall we actually don't know who is Senju and who is not.. but the reason why some characters from konoha have high chakra might just be because they have senju bloody in them. And Haruno family could be some senju clan member's descendents.
Tsunade is only known as a Senju cause of Hashirama.. thats pretty much it. So the whole Tsunade being an Uzumaki and Senju while Sakura not having a special clan or w.e argument is pointless due to the many factors involving the senju clan.
Chakra Manga feats:
Now lets get to the real stuff. No bais no nothing. Simply manga feats of chakra shown by these 2. And how Sakura is shown superior. So lets try to go in chronological order.
Base Start for both:
- Tsunade just got all of the chakra back from Karin

- Sakura on the other hand had already been healing before facing the juubi, and was healing the entire army, while Tsunade got recovered.

So during the start off Sakura is at an disadvantage.
Tsunade starts healing:
- Tsunade starts healing the Kages
- Sakura on the other hand is still healing the entire army, continuously.
(Scans in the above section can already explain this.)
Both use combo jutsu:
- Sakura and Tsunade now use the combo jutsu for instant regeneration for the alliance.

So after all the healing and stuff, during the fight against the buddha, Tsunade admits that Sakura has more chakra remaining and she is the better one to go with Naruto for.

CONCLUSION:
With everything stated now she does have more chakra than Tsunade. DNA does play role sometimes.. but simply look at Nagato and Kisame, from the looks of it Nagato has more, but he himself stated Kisame has more chakra, someone whose clan or dna we don't even know.
