Ibuse could go to her punches. She could create substitutions of herself then use one as a decoy. Then punch In use really hard then poof. Your shot

Realistically, she probably is in the hundreds if you take into account all the Jounin and other Chunin from other villages. They're mostly seen as fodder because of their non-existent screen-time.

However if you take into account only named characters, then I guess she's maybe top 50, top 40 at best.
