I wont be biased and I dont know why.She definitely clears until frs naruto.If she is immune to hebi sasuke genjutsu(which i think she is immune)she beats hebi sasuke.Well i just saw summonings are restricted naruto and sasuke so she beats hebi sasuke.The only one who wont lose to sakura is sm naruto thanks to kyubii.If Sm naruto is limited to 5 minutes 2 rasen shurikens and no kyuubi power she can beat him.She outsmarts him but the knowledge is also important in here for both.

FRS is a last resort and base Naruto needs to make two clones and it takes a few seconds to prepare an FRS. I don't see why Sakura can't prevent Naruto from creating an FRS.

If he uses a similar tatic as he did against kakuzu i don't see why it wouldn't work.
