And here the diference is Sakura is better in chakra control than Tsunade.

She surpassed Tsunade a while ago. This isn't even remotely debatable. Only haters will deny it.

Her healing may be close to Tsunade but her actual combat skills are no where near her.

I also made a thread about that in the morning, that Naruto might be able to use his sage powers (?) to grow back his arms, but we don't know if Naruto still has his sage powers or not

I think Naruto(and Sasuke as well) still has his sage powers despite losing their arms. He doesn't have the sun tatoo, but he still has the senjutsu of the six paths. It is that which is the source of his healing power I believe.

It was not explained in the manga how that power worked, did it? Naruto said he couldn't explain how he restored Kakashi's eye

And of course, Kabuto can still grow more zetsu arms for Naruto and Sasuke if sage regen doesn't happen
