Technically: Lot of little mistakes

The eyes are a little misplaced
Her glance is not right. Her look is not focusing a point. ( not sure about the choice of words)
her cheeks are quite round for someone as slim as sakura.
Nose is decent, lips a little big but decent in shape
Her ears are little far from face
The hair is not bad at all.

Some more work is needed

The eyes are a little misplaced
Her glance is not right. Her look is not focusing a point. ( not sure about the choice of words)

Some more work is needed

- Draw a line below the eyes, keeping the minor tilt in mind. They are in complete alignment.
- The glance is fine, as she's looking off into something beyond the paper.
- How is this a mistake? It's baby fat.
- That is how dimensions are built. The ear aligns between the nose and the eyebrows, and lies on the smaller circle on the far extremities of the larger one in drawing geometry.

Here you go.

The glance on left eye is wrong it doesn't look at the same thing the right eye's lookin ( it's like she have squint), in red is a more correct one basing from the right eye.

Her cheeks were too wide, sakura is skinny or she is a kid for baby face but then her eyes are too small for a kid. ( even at 12 she wasn't baby face, kiddish but slim face)

The shading is good, the eyes details are very good but the author should have check that the basic drawing is correct before doing everything else.
Like my teacher said one: "Before putting the little reflection on the eye and any others details, make sure to check your construct, that everything is good, then check again" . Even more for a "realistic" drawing.

That would be only correct for a slimmer face. That is not really a drawing mistake, but a preference. If you make the jaw wider, the ear would go further back, as the lines don't follow a straight path but angle downwards in a circular manner. The glance still seems fine to me, given that it's on a paper and it's slightly tilted - you can see the shadow of the paper's line on the left. One cannot even tell whether she has slightly titled her head or not. Even then, the error - if it is even an error - is of a micro millimeters or something.
