tsunade is still the 5th hokage and she's even stronger than minato , minato senpai is strong indeed but when it comes to tsunade sama then her power 'll be a huge advantage ..

minato senpai is only joninn & later konoha just made him became a hokage just when he died protecting konoha from 9 tailed and he doesn't deserve the title ...

if the 3rd hokage is still a live back then so why they have to make 2 hokage at same time !?

*sigh* the point I am trying to make is that she is weak because she can't put aside her emotions. (Take Sasuke he was once friends with Naruto and Sakura but now is attacking them with the intent to kill that makes him a better shinobi already because he doesnt let his emotions get in the way of what he wants/needs to do)* Even if she did she is not skilled enough to kill Sasuke. I am sure if Sasuke or even Naurto wanted to use there physical power in the way Sakura does they would be equal or stronger then her. You also have to remember that power is measured in more then one way in the Naruto manga/anime. ( I am expecting this to go over some peoples heads but I'll explain it to the best of my ability) Sasuke and Naruto for example not only have there physical powers but also everything that they are able to do that is chakra/clan related. Sakura may be powerful 'physically' and she may be smart but that is not enough to say she can beat someone like Sasuke and Naruto(she has few strong chakra tech. that we have seen so far) Those two (Sasuke and Naruto) are now in there own league.... I'm not even going to bring up Sasuke and his EMS and Naruto with his sage mode.

* with the comment about Sasuke I realize that in some sense the reason why he is attacking the village is because of his emotions for his clan. but what I am trying to say is that he is doing what he believes is right and isnt stopping/ letting up to those that he once cared about where as Sakura can't let go of her feelings to do what is right.

They gave the title of Hokage to Minato because the third was getting old and your argument makes no sense Tsunade is stronger than Minato strength wise but he would beat her 1 on 1 also.
