I think yess when Sasuke was fighting Kakashi if she didnt 'love' him she may have been close to killing him- but only because he was already distracted/weakend from his fight with Danzo/Kakashi. Not because she is stronger/ smarter then him.

Yess tacticly she is smart sort of... if you want to be stratigic it includes putting your emotions aside (which she didnt do). Naurto still sees Sasuke as a friend but yet realizes/ believes that he and Sasuke must die. (At least that is what was said in the manga and as far we know that is what will happen) which in my book makes him stronger then Sakura. He in a sense has grown up and realizes that yes he cares about his friend but must do what is right to protect the village and create peace- and you could say in killing him he is saving him(sasuke) from evil/himself... Sakura on the other hand let her emotions get in the way- thus showing she has a HUGE weakness. Instead of doing what is right for the village she did what was 'better' for her own feelings, which I would dare to say is selfish and is another weakness.

More over, due to her weaknesses of letting her emotions get in the way and her selfishness clouding her judgement, she ended up not killing Sasuke, which in turn put her own life as well as others lives on the line, which in doing so she failed her mission.

To me this does not make her smarter/stronger then Sasuke. I'm not hating on her- just being honest. U_U

tell them girl .. the love is really problem ..
when u fight someone u love then u 'll lose even if you are wayyyy stronger than him and that's what happen with sakura chan
