I find it hilarious anyone took this seriously.

It is now known (pointed out by Jiraiya and Kakashi I believe) that Sakura does indeed love Naruto, or is falling in love with him... but Sai established that she still does, and always will, love Sasuke. Her telling Naruto she loved him was just to try to get him to stop chasing Sasuke, and she intended to finish him off on her own.

And of course, because she is in a Kishimoto universe and has boobs, she failed miserably.
